Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Unfortunately, ine day the chamber maid forgot to close the door after cleaning, so there was free access to our room for several hours. Luckily nothing was stolen. Shower facilities not the best.

While very clean the decor is dated. Drain vent in bathroom has a foul scent.
Location is outstanding and views of the Old Fort are incredible.

The lift was very small, a bit claustrophobic. The lady receptionist was not at all helpful, although all the other staff we came into contact with were.
On the whole a clean friendly hotel, within walking distance for many sights. The majority of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location is perfect, views from the hotel are marvellous. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. Bus stop 2 minutes away.. Staff are excellent as is the breakfast. Would definitely stay again and throughly recommend.

One old slow rickety elevator gets very busy at check in and check out times. I didn’t mind the exercise walking up and down to the 5th floor, but if you don’t want a regular hike, I recommend a room on a low floor. The decor has seen better days, but still functional and the bed was comfortable and the water pressure was good.
Convenient, quiet location. Old world charm. Very friendly and helpful staff. Stunning view from the roof top bar.

Beds were very hard! One of the staff on the rooftop was very rude, but everyone else was lovely. The food on the roof wasn’t great.
Lovely building, with interesting architecture, and decor. Somehow we had a room with the beds up some stairs and a sitting room below, and a balcony which was amazing! The rooftop restaurant is really worth a visit for the stunning views. It was very clean, with toiletries, a fridge and water. The breakfast was included and delicious. Great location, close to the old town.

The steps outside the hotel...you had to be aware of a slight rise to each side which was a tripping hazard. Suggest highlighting it somehow.
Staff very friendly and helpful. My request for a double bed was fulfilled. The room was spotless at all times including fresh towels always. I had a side view without a balcony but there was plenty of light and lovely sunrises to see and a slight view of the ocean if i opened the window!

Don't expect modern facilities but very much as per the description and ideal for a more rustic stay.
Outstanding location, great for a one night stop prior to moving onto our villa the following day. Very old fashioned hotel, but clean, welcoming and ideal for local restaurant's and the main town.

Hotel in fabulous location and so central to Corfu Town. Our room was gorgeous. We had a balcony with a spectacular view. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were so helpful and friendly. We will definately return to this Hotel on our next trip to Corfu.
