It lacks soundproof, you can hear every sound.

Very kind staff, I arrived in the middle of the night and they were very responsive.It is 2 star hotel so one can not expect luxury, yet what you see is what you get. Fair price, clean, good location.

Very friendly welcome, great location for my needs (visiting Tatoi) and a very quiet, spacious and clean room. Bathroom was great - roomy and very clean. Easy parking outside and good tavernas a short distance away (walking or by car). The cafe area overlooking the garden was very pleasant and good to enjoy a cold beer after a long day. A light breakfast was served here too which was nice. Owner and manager are vintage car enthusiasts so nice to chat about that for a while! Unusual view from room's balcony - archaeological excavations next door. Can recommend O Kostas in Kifissia (about 5 mins drive and easy parking) for an evening meal.

I think the showers are in need of a refurb. The fittings are tired and in need of attention. That does not men to say that they don't work well, it's just I feel they need to be changed.

I have stayed before and the location in the north of Athens near to the main Athens to Thessaloniki route is a good one. The rooms have a fridge and are air-conditioned and have always been very well cleaned. Breakfast is very good and consistent. Service has always been friendly and helpful

Hotel was super basic, it is likely that workers that come to this neighbourhood stay at the hotel.

It was a convenient hotel that we needed to have an overnight sleep before we headed to the north of Greece. As a positive, staff was helpful and welcoming.

Hotel location was perfect for my needs. It's a quiet hotel on a side road, so no noise issues. It was a basic room but I expected nothing more. Breakfast was an extra EUR7, and this perfectly acceptable in setting me up for the day ahead.

The room was good, clean and a decent bed. The bathroom was clean and good enough. Reception was friendly and helpfull. Restaurants are a few minutes driving away available. We took the breakfast next morning and this was a good Greek breakfast. Enough to drink (water, orange juice, thea or coffee), a egg, cheese and ham and bread.

The room a bit to dark for me, the bed and the pillow is not the best I can get.

Is very friendly people who's in the hotel, warm too.. They will help you immediately when you asked something. The room also clean.

I missed the hotel first time round and its on a one way street so had to do a circuit to get back - entirely my fault what with driving a strange car in a strange land...

Lovely little hotel, just a short hop off the main road and very convenient on my way from Athens airport for where I was heading. Staff spoke great English and were very helpful and served a lovely breakfast in the morning for a very reasonable price. Would stay again if I was out that way.

I liked everything.

A warm and friendly, English speaking staff, clean, quiet hotel…excellent location (for going into Athens or traveling on to central & northern Greece.) Walking distance to a nice supermarket, 15 min walk to many restaurants. Very nice patio/porch seating for coffee or cocktails, in a garden space.
