The location is very nice. The design of the hotel and the swimming pool is fantastic. I love the sunshine and the breakfast and especial the balcony with ocean view. You are truly surrounded by ocean. A genuine feel of getaway vacation. Above all, the wonderful and lovely reception of the owner with so much hospitality and useful travel tips. We love this place and hope we can stay longer.

There is no restaurant on the premises, but there are more than enough nice places to eat in walking distance. The sheets seemed a bit small for the bed. So we had a hard time keeping them on. Maybe fitted sheets would help. The beaches nearby are rather hard (or 'adventureous') to reach. The coastline is rocky, and the staircases are old and a bit worn down, but once you get down to the beach, it's lovely. They are rather small, and they can get crowded, so get there early.

The views and location to beach are wonderful! The hotel is situated on adead-end road, so it's very quiet. The owner, George, runs the place with his mom and dad. They are lovely people. It almost feels like you're staying with friends. The pool is big, the rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is basic but very good and includes great Greek specialties! There are several small beaches nearby that are lovely. The hotel location is great if you want some peace and quiet.

Although the accommodation was nice it was starting to show its age a little and could have done with a little updating. I know it's a silly gripe but the sink in the bathroom was at about knee height. Also many of the pictures in the listing didn't reflect the actual rooms

The breakfast was good without being great but had a decent selection and was kept nice and fresh. The pool was great. Lovely and clean and even though the resort was pretty full with all the pretty little beaches so close by we almost had it to ourselves. The room was a decent size without being spacious and could have done with a little updating but all in all a pleasant place to stay and suitably comfortable. Our hosts were AMAZING. Extremely friendly and welcoming, full of advice and a source of great restaurant and destination recommendations. Would return in a heart beat.

The staff was really friendly and helped us a lot. The place was clean and located close to the beach. It is a bit far away from the city of Heraklion but close to a small ville center so you still can get around and buy stuff if you are into that. I highly recommend it.

We stayed here for 10 nights, great hotel, staff and location and kept us fit! ( Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues) The rooms were very spacious and wonderful sea views with a balcony, just as we'd asked for. Clean towels at least every other day, clean sheets twice for a 10 night stay. ALL the staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved the buffet breakfast and dinners, very difficult to cater for everyones taste, so well done 😋 The pool was just what was needed after a hard day at the beach or sightseeing! Only drawback was not many tavernas in walking distance. All in all a great place, would thoroughly recommend!👍

Nice view, great rooms and a good location. We enjoyed staying there. Room service every day, so the rooms were clean, with fresh towels every day. The boss and the managers were so nice. Especially one of the managers, Anastasia, was so polite and helpful. She helped us renting a car, renting a boat and even called caps to the hotel for us. She even recommended local restaurants, activities etc. Definitely a great place to stay. Hopefully we will come back. /Bashir

I really didn't fine anything i didn't like, but if i must say something towels look a little all, and the shower was a little small.

It is a small hotel but looks more like a small residential place, nothing too fancy it was just right, the staff is super friendly and honour the famous greek hospitality. The location is great, you can see the ocean from almost every room, and the beach is a 3 minutes walk. At night or afternoon, the city centre is 15 minutes walk by the sea, and the town is full of restaurants.

The back road is a dirt road, very bumpy and narrow - a 4x4 is recommended. There were no glasses in the room, although there was complimentary bottled water for you. Parking area is small for busy nights. Breakfast could include a better choice of cereal, breads and juices. Would have also loved another bin in the room, not only in the bathroom.

The hotel is perfectly located, as it’s just up the road from several stunning beaches and great restaurants, that get quite busy during the day in holiday season, but it’s secluded so it’s incredibly quiet at night. There’s barely any noise at night, and you can listen to the sea from the balcony. It had a superb view of the sea and Hersonissos in the distance, that I will never forget. It is a fantastic property, well located if you want peace and quiet, but is busy enough during the day and has a lot to see within walking distance. Breakfast is good and rooms are always impeccably clean. Staff is absolutely fantastic!! George, the manager and his staff are incredible, they will go above and beyond to help you and make you happy. Super super friendly staff, great location, very clean and tidy rooms, amazing sea views, beach 5 minutes away on foot, good access to main roads, great restaurants nearby, quiet and private - I could not recommend it more

Everything about our stay here was great! The location is perfect, the beach is a 5-minute walk away. The hotel looks very nice, clean, the surroundings are peaceful and quiet. Room had mouldy walls, not just a little spot, but a lot, same as the shower. The shower and tap mixers are full of rust and lime scale; plus in general cleanliness in the rooms are not on the highest level

This may partially be my fault for not doing enough research, but we were underwhelmed overall with the hotel. It’s not a 4* hotel. Facilities are basic. If you want food or a drink outside the breakfast times (8am-10am) then you have to leave the hotel. Closest store is also about 10-15 minute walk. The rooms do have fridges, so you can stock drinks and food. The hotel is also near the beach but not next to the beach. You have to walk about 10 mins to reach the beach, which is downhill on the walk there but uphill on the way back and the path is unsteady. The beach was also busy. There are a few restaurants nearby (10+ minute walk) but would recommend renting a car to go further afield. This is not a hotel you spend all of your time at if that’s the sort of holiday you’re looking for. It’s like an apartment-style place except without any of the apartment facilities (toaster, kettle, oven etc) in the rooms. The bathroom was also a little mouldy.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The beds were reasonably comfy. The shower pressure was powerful. The hotel was quiet and calm. When we arrived we were told that the room we booked wasn’t available but after 2 days we were moved rooms and given an upgrade.

Our stay at this hotel was a true pleasure! The room was comfortable, with air conditioning, which was essential in the heat, and the view of the sea was simply breathtaking — pure beauty! The hotel is far from value for money. Too expensive, The room was cleaned only once in a week. There is quite a distance to the beach...You have to walk up and down for about 10 min. For us was OK, just the expectations were really different...The rooms are real disaster.No stars at all to be rated there...Too small bathrooms. No comfort...It is like economy, budget hotel, but for a huge amount of money...Sorry,needs a lot of improvement

Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. We searched online,and discovered, there were much better hotels not far,for the same amount of money.. But it was already late...Nothing to like there,except the sea,which was very beautiful with a clean beach with a friendly staff...People in Crete are very polite and helpful. The center of Hersonissos is very nice to walk in the evenings.
