Very affordable place, that is surrounded by cats. Clean all over, with fresh sheets. Nice owner that helped us when needed.

The only issues we've had is that it was a bit colder during the nights because the apartment is mostly in tiles. Also, the bathroom window doesn't have a mosquito net so a lot of mosquitos entered through the bathroom.

The location of the apartments is very good, they are 5 minutes of walking to the Sidari Canal D'amour. The place was clean and pleasant, it had everything needed for a short stay. The cleaning was regular and thorough, the facilities and amenities are sufficient. Also, the backyard/garden is open for guests, which is very nice.

Very close to Canal 'D' And all of its amenities. Tavernas, bars, beach all within a couple of minutes walk. 15 minute walk to the strip.

You get what you pay for. Chrissy and the guys at the shop were great. I'd make sure prior to arrival about having ac. I didn't know that there was an extra charge for it. So the first night was uncomfortable with 28 degrees temps. There was also a smell in the bathroom with what looked like an open drain cover. And the mozzies and gnats- make sure you plug in the repellent.

Great location and central to beaches, restaurants, and amenities. I was met at 1am when I arrived. Once I sorted a few things my stay was lovely.

And now on the downsides - the place has a mosquito repeller but thats not enough, there is a LOT of vegetation on the balcony side and none of the rooms have inplace any mosquito nets. That should be rather mandatory in the area especially in august. We used multiple wallsocket repellers in order to sleep ok. The aircon is available in the rooms but is paid in cash with 6 euros a night? Never had this situation before anywhere in greece, its either available and paid with the room, or not at all. Luckily 5/7 nights its was ok during the night but for 2 days it was rather hot inside (the room is positioned facing East so you get 5-7 hours of full sun)

The place even if its in a crowded area of Sidari, right next to Apotripiti beach, the rooms more in the back are rather quiet (if you dont get to live next to drunk tourists that is). The room was pretty large, the accommodation is a typical old slightly renovated Greek place. Old furniture, a small balcony and a small kitchenette. Right across the road there is one of the best Tavernas in the area and many shops. No parking is available on site but there are plenty of spaces in the area (including one large field near the property, next to Oligrove place). The cleaning lady made sure our floors were daily cleaned which was a plus.

One big minus is that you have to pay extra for the air condition. 6€ per day was a lot for us because we need it only one hour before going to sleep. We didnt take it, so we had to sleep with windows open. But we invested 15€ in anti-mosquito gadgets, so we made it without mosquito bites ;-)

It is a great house with apartments very very central! You only walk a few minutes to the famous canal d'Amour and Apotripiti beach. supermarkets and tavernas (we highly recommend "the ionian blue": 5 minutes walk and authentic greek food, and not so touristic). It is also very quiet there in this house even though sidari is a party town. We were very friendly in contact with the owner Chrissy and she was always reachable when we had a question or problem. The apartment has a beautiful balcony with a great view into nature. It has also a fully equipped kitchen and lovely details everywhere. You can also sit outside in the court and cuddle with the cute cats! We loved it!

Really good, nice, clean place. Very calm. Near to the beach. Really good location-near to most popular Sidary places (canal the amor). There are a lot of cafes and restaurants, and supermarket near these place.

Very dated, couldn’t hook the shower to the wall there was a bracket up but no fixing on the shower head so very awkward to shower … we found it very noisy … like furniture being moved around all the time and the doors being slammed shut and very echoing…. But can’t grumble for the price we paid !

Everything! It was a very cute apartment, it had a nice balcony too. The kitchen was very well equipped, we could cook whenever we wanted too. There were nice plates and kitchenette too. The room was quite big, the bed were okey, and the AC was one of the most amazing thing. Thank you so much for it ! The balcony was big too, we could enjoy our breakfast there with the morning sunshine. There were nets on the door too which is an extra point. And also we could hang out our clothes too, there were clippers too. The bathroom was a little bit small but it was manageable. They cleaned the rooms a lot, almost every day. The room and actually everything was always clean.

When I arrived, missing toilet rolls,there were no mosquito nets in the window frames.. The bed, had an old matrace. All apartments don't 😣uncomfortable!

Never seen so many mosquitoes! We had to buy antimosquito gadgets and keep windows and doors closed. Thus we couldn't use the balcony, neither dry the towels. The temperatures reached 40-45 degrees, and the air-conditioner was paid! At night we encountered even flying bugs from the sewerage. The wi-fi was so poor! On top of that we never saw the owner Chrissy for welcome, for directions, advices /regards to her parents/.
