The gym isn't quite as well equipped as I would've liked (no real cardio equipment outside of a rower). It's also quite hot as it shares the same space as the spa.

Location is right in the heart of the action. The staff is superb and super helpful. They helped me with reservations (both to eat and for a taxi) and restaurant recommendations. When I had an early morning flight, they arranged for a breakfast box to be provided, which accommodated my dietary restrictions. I also appreciated that they remembered me on the 2nd visit (even those not checking me in).vThe daily breakfast was plentiful and delicious (there's also a machine that provides fresh squeezed orange juice, which I could drink all day!). The room was very clean, had great amenities, and was a nice size. Upon arrival, they provide you with a little goodie bag of drinks, as well as slippers. The room itself had a shaving, dental, and sewing kit, along with the standard soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. I would gladly stay here again the next time I visit Athens.

The room was so small and its layout (sink in the middle of the room) will always make it messy. Not the five stars luxury I expected

Furniture in the room was very sparse and almost looked unfinished. Nowhere to sit besides a wooden desk chair or the bed itself. No other chairs or any furniture on the terrace. Room was a little beat up and had no art or anything on the walls, contrary to the photos on the site.

Location was amazing. view from the room was unmatched. tons of food and drink right outside the hotel. staff was very helpful. there is a nice gym and spa area. restaurant and breakfast was quite good. The location could not be any better. The room is small, but is well decorated and the hard floors make it look very clean. The configurations are smart so the room is easy to use. Overall, a very contemporary and convenient establishment.

Coco-Mat Athens BC blew my mind. The staff were wonderful and the decor was outstanding. The hotel had an urban and serene vibe that was just enchanting. The room service food was fresh and delicious, especially the desserts and the crunchy fries. The arrangement of the stairs was nice, the turtles and fishes on the underground floor were lovely to watch… and the turtles actually stick out their heads so you can stroke them…nice! I loved being there and I expect I would stay there again and again each time I visit Athens.

I didn't care for the breakfast at all. Just my personal preference. The eggs were always cold, but I other hot dishes were barely warm. It was a little surprising.

Sad that the roof top was closed and we were informed by the staff and on our booking confirmation I feel for the hotel as it is such a great location and must be such a disappoint for all.

We arrived early from a cruise and we were extremely happy that despite a 2pm check in our rooms was available for us. Upon arrival the staff were so helpful and check in was seamless. We had to change our booking due to having to leave Athens earlier than expected due to a family emergency at home. The reception staff were very empathetic and co-ordinated the the change of booking from 3 days to one band organised the refund. They. Made the difficult situation for us more bearable. The location of the hotel was brilliant for our short stay.
