The shower heads and toilet buttons definitely did their job and need to be replaced. More towels are necessary too, robes perhaps. I felt that the room could have been more equipped for that hotel level: some wine glasses, forks, plates would be nice. More blankets and pillows. Each day the used coffee mugs was washed quickly with water only, instead of being replaced, which was not cool (I still could see coffee marks :/ ).

Great facility. Amazing view. Super friendly staff that provide a superior service. Great breakfast buffet. Overall- loved staying there: it was super calming, surene. Give you the feeling of a true vacation mode with ultimate relaxation vibes.

Rooms were average (which is the reason we didn't rate our stay higher than 8). The bed was very comfortable but the rooms were rather small, with limited space. There were several little things that could definitely be improved as we had higher expectations from the Cocomat brand. For example, door knobs, shower & faucet handles, window frames and some furniture were worn out, which makes the room & bathroom look tired.

Staff, location, and view! Amazing staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone was very polite, professional and went out of their way to make sure we had a memorable stay. Thank you Dimitri, Pano, Elli and the rest of the team! Very good breakfast with a lot of options to choose from. Location is breathtaking. Great views, very quiet and one of the best spots to watch the sunset and enjoy your drink. It is also a short drive to many nice beaches in the southern part of Santorini.

The rooms were a little small but well laid out. The property was located well away which made for the relaxed atmosphere but it was expensive to come and go and to visit the town

Staff was amazing. We had small health problem and we had to go to hospital. All members of the staff team was so helpful. The GM of the hotel (Maria if I am not wrong) called us and gave us the personal number in case we need help. Dimitris (both 2) and Vasilis made us feel like at home. The rooms are nice , heated pool at the room is amazing idea especially at the evening.

Just a few cons to list as constructive feedback, such that these can be improved and make it an overall exceptional experience: Some room hardware (hair dryer, bathroom door handle, toilet flush buttons) can be better maintained. Perhaps due to being in the nature and being located at a windy spot, although cleaned daily, hot tub gets immense amount of dead bugs/flies. Whatever the solution may be, overcoming this "too many dead bugs/flies in the hot tub even after daily cleaning" problem would boost the overall experience. It is important to note that, it is not because the cleaning is done carelessly. On the contrary, after the daily hot tub cleaning, it becomes perfectly clean. However, due to natural reasons, as a guest, it is impossible to maintain that clean state beyond couple of hours.

Exceptional staff, exceptional location, superb food. Members of the hotel staff run any extra mile for making your stay as pleasant as possible. From breakfast to the last minute in the evening. They try to support you in any case even with a minor issue. As a result, hotel staff takes your overall experience to another level. Location is nicely isolated and the view from the location is picturesque. If a guest intends to visit Oia, Fira or other locations, a rental car is a must for Akrotiri.

It would have been nice to have the terrace cleaned once during our stay.

We absolutely loved our room (infinity room). Views were stunning, private hot tub was fantastic. We thought it was great value for money and away from the throngs of tourists in Oia and Fira. Private hot tub was cleaned every day and was perfect.

Fantastic boutique hotel with the best views! The hotel is lovely and quiet, benefits from a sea breeze and the views from the rooms and the infinity pool were incredible. The staff were all very friendly and made us all feel very welcome.

Amazing views, relaxing environment, clean and very lovely staff. The staff even helped us to book a car for our stay that picked us up at the ferry port and dropped us off at the airport, this was invaluable to us.
