Absolutely stunning hotel room, magnificent views & location. The staff could not do enough for you including meeting us and helping with bags, giving you a list of good restaurants, arranging reservations and airport transfer. Breakfast on your balcony is a must!

I just can’t say better things about this place. I would stay every year if I’m lucky to go back to Santorini. Joy, Anastasia and the rest of the staff is top notch and they really make you feel so special and almost like family. Their food was incredible, I did not want to miss any breakfast.

The view from our balcony was breathtaking; eating breakfast while looking out over the caldera is not an experience we will forget soon. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Their friendliness added great value to our experience.

Nothing. Maybe as a small suggestion, to also provide the possibility to have dinner in addition to the lunch, as the selection is very good and could add up to the experience !

Once you arrive to Cosmopolitan suites, you enter into a world of peace and relax. Staff is incredibly kind and client-oriented, I could really feel that my wellbeing was at the center of their work. You are offered a drink when arrived and every day they pass with a bottle of water and an afternoon treat, something small but that gives you that touch you don’t expect! The pool is amazing, the view is heart-warming. The guys working there are absolutely the best ones, big thanks to Joy for her amazing attitude and kindness! A big shoutout goes in particilar to Anuar, who was incredibly kind, careful to any details and accomodating any need we may have had, bringing our stay to the highest level !

The hotel needs a little fine tuning on the atmosphere in terms of music and general availability of staff later in the day after 3pm

Joy the daily service provider was amazing her manner smiles and ultra helpful nature was something special the hotel and location was perfect and highlights being more spacious that your usual santorini hotel with a good size pool which is also rare overall great experience

Cocktails are quite slow to be made but that’s only a minor thing.

Amazing hotel, I can see why the reviews are so high! Staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you, we were only staying for one night as it was the end of our trip travelling the Greek islands and we’d visited Santorini before but we wished we’d stayed longer. It was so peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of the day trippers from the cruise ships, so serene and the view was absolutely incredible. We got a complimentary upgrade which was so thoughtful with a stunning terrace and a jacuzzi, and sparkling wine and a cheese and fruit platter. The pool is beautiful and you won’t want to leave!
