The jacuzzi was dirty for a few nights but got cleaned on the last day of our stay.

The jacuzzi was amazing, we loved the rooftop and the breakfast!

On the downside, the toilet door was slightly misaligned, which seemed to be a known issue. As a result, water tended to spread across the bathroom floor when showering. Additionally, we noticed that bathrobes, bottled water, and cutlery were not provided in the room, which would have been a nice touch (and clearly were included in the amenity list)

We really liked the room—it was stylish, clean, and well-heated, with convenient electricity adapters. The bedding was cosy and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming. The hotel offered good value for money, with a decent breakfast, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. They accommodated our early check-in request and even arranged for breakfast to be served earlier, which we really appreciated. The location was also excellent, making it easy to explore the city. .

There was a lot of noise from the street during the night (and we were on the 9th floor). The room's door had a faulty alarm that kept ringing every couple of minutes until someone from the staff suggested slamming the door shut

The staff was great and they were really nice. They even let us have a late checkout

Location: You might think that staying in a central location is ideal for a short vacation, but the neighbourhood is dodgy, even though when there's a police station in front of the hotel, that makes the fake sense of safety. Although I did not have any bad experience whatsoever, I never felt safe. Hotel room: the bathroom was quite small and the shower did not have a basin so when you showered the whole bathroom got wet. The terrace has a light that can't be turned off, so it made it difficult to sleep.

This is a budget hotel located in a central area of Athens. The closest metro station is Omonia, which is 150m of walking distance. It had breakfast included in the price. Hotel Staff: very nice, helpful and there's 24/7 desk service. Hotel Room: nice and comfy bed and sheets.

Breakfast was just ok. It feels like some of the dishes are kept somewhere in a damp room.

Location was good. Staff was brilliant. It's definitely worth visiting to find something at least a little bit off the beaten path.

Small rooms is the only complaint I can think of

The breakfast was sparse and not the typical brown style. I could easily hear other people from my room. The rain shower didn't work and was old.

The room was cool, and quite trendy. The location good. The gym also good.

The location is a little away from centre in a slightly rougher area of the city. We didn't have any trouble at all and it's quite well connected to the rest of the city via metro (2 minutes walk) however it was a little uncomfortable at night.

Extremely comfy mattress which is always a good thing for hotel stay. The staff were exceptional as well. Kindly supported us in changing our booking after an error in dates and offered us free breakfast on arrival which was very kind.

The location was central but bit sketchy outside and a lot of homeless around the neighborhood.

The breakfast was really good, the rooms were clean and overall the stay was great.

The only problem I found in the hotel is the elevator, badly designed for so many rooms such as a small elevator, not good. You can wait forever to get your suitcase on the elevator if you are on the 8th floor as I was.

the hotel is generally OK, location-wise perfect, and within walking distance of all the major sites. Breakfast was good, not perfect but it does the job if you are in a rush for a quick breakfast with no variety, has the essentials you need to start the day.

Location was excellent and staff was really welcoming. Liked design of hotel, had complimentary water upon arrival in reception, was a nice touch on hot day. Jacuzzi on rooftop was nice surprise. Had to book hotel last minute so had no expectations but they were exceeded. If you do not spend a lot of time in your room, definitely worth it as room itself is a bit small.

The location is quite dodgy and not very appealing, but it is close to the metro and to acropolis.

Quirky bedrooms! Staff were amazing. We got upgraded to a balcony room and free breakfast. Lovely hotel especially for the price.

Room was quite small despite paying a bit more for a “plus” room. Nowhere to put bags or suitcases and cramped. Also undesirable location with a lot of questionable folk hanging around and noisy at night

Cool quirky and clean. Lots of good facilities - gym, snacks, upstairs rooftop bar. Staff were very friendly and helpful too.

The location. The neighborhood is very dangerous. Is full of drug addicted. To leave the hotel always use taxi. The cleaning service is not daily. They didn’t fix my room during my stay ( 2 nights )

It generally wasn't the cleanest hotel. The hot tub was pretty gross and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for days. Half of the light in the room wasn't working. Some things in the room such as the toilet paper holder and, the curtains holder were broken, and it was also slightly dusty. The bed was very comfortable, however, it was attached to a wall, and I think there was a radiator or water heater right there, and it was impossible to fall asleep even with the heater at the lowest setting. The amount of giant pillows also didn't help, as the room was too small to store them somewhere, and keeping them on the bed was too much. The room also didn't have a closet, and for two people we basically had zero floor space, as we had to store our belongings in the middle of the room but if you travel light, you should be fine. It would also be great if the hotel had at least one bar or restaurant but not a big deal.

The top things for me were: - breakfast was good and fresh - The view from the rooftop was nice - staff was welcoming and friendly - The location was good for what I was looking for - bed was comfortable

Lack of cleaning and also not to a high standard. The lift was incredibly small.

Worse location ever (even with a police station nearby. Within 5 days, we saw near the hotel prostitutes, junkies, thieves! We felt very unsafe the whole time, during the day and even worse at night. I would not stay there again for safety reasons
