Excellent service from Dona and her team Mr. Hamed & 2 other staffs. Breakfast was too good and took special care by preparing Vegan/Vegetarian breakfast at our request & special packed breakfast on the day of our early check out. Ms. Dona sent Mr. Hamed to pick up our luggages when we reached late and unable to find it. Ms. Dona sent her son early morning at 6 am to help us in taking the luggages to the taxi stand. Excellent location such as bus terminus 5 minutes walk, Indian restaurant nearby, beautiful cliff view facing the sea from our room. Hats off to Dona and her team.

Beautiful hotel on the cliff in Fira. Great location and the staff are incredible! The breakfast was delicious. Overall, this was a delightful and memorable trip, and we cannot recommend this place enough.

Our family had a one night stay in Santorini before heading back home. It was winter and near New Years so most businesses were closed. However our stay was not affected. Great hotel close to businesses that were open and the bus stop. Great staff that looked after us during the stay. Great breakfast spread to start the day. The indoor pool was not used but it looked amazing tucked in the bottom level of the hotel. And of course the amazing view. Couldn’t fault anything about our stay.

Shower curtain didn’t go all around which made the floor wet when we took showers. Makes it more slippery getting out. Wish we had a microwave in the room.

Friendly and attentive staff. Good value for the location with breakfast. I love that it’s family operated business and the owner is there everyday to make sure that guests are taken care of. It’s a small hotel which makes it more charming. We didn’t have a view from our room unlike the other rooms with a balcony and view but it was still nice. I would recommend to friends and family.

Decoration is not good and makes the room look cheaper than what they are.

This property is amazing! Well located with an impeccable view. Walking distance to everything and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious and the room had a little balcony where you could have your breakfast in peace.

In this location, there were MANY stairs to climb. That's the nature of cliff hotels in Santorini. But, Valentino came to the rescue, carrying our bags both to and from the hotel.

The breakfast buffet was great, especially with dining outside on the terrace. The CALDERA VIEW was as advertised - TERRIFIC!! Looking at the cruise ships each day was fascinating. The staff was very friendly. Particularly Valentino - he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable!

There was nothing we didn't like.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Shops and restaurants were everywhere and even bus station was a walking distance. The room was spacious, very clean, had a nice balcony with the sea view. I’ve traveled a lot and stayed in many hotels in a past, but the staff in Delion by far was the friendliest one. Each morning, we got our nice breakfast on the porch, which was quite lovely. We also got any information regarding tour we wanted to take and upon our arrival and departure we were helped with our luggage. The hotel can also assist to make reservation to get to the airport, which is less expensive than booking taxi at the airport on the arrival.
