Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomJust a little bit of brighter lights in the room would be great
I think the location was excellent. I was upgraded to a junior suite. The staff was extremely helpful. I had to leave at 6am and they prepared a little breakfast box for me.

United KingdomThe fridge wasn't cooling too well and this was needed in this heat. We also had some spider webs in the room.
Staff were lovely. We were close to shops which was useful. We had a kettle in our room which was really nice! We also had complementary water, tea, coffee etc in the room. For breakfast, there was a wide variety of fresh dishes available 😋

RussiaThe only drawback for me was that ON/OFF light on TV is very bright and right next to the bed, so it shines directly into the eyes at night.

PolandThe hotel needs to be renovated. We had like a dirty (pernamently dirty, not possible to clean) walls. The chairs in the dinnning area were almost breaking apart. The hotel just needs a bit of love from the owner. I didnt feel safe sleeping in this area, many junkies on the street.
Very nice team working there. Every person working in the hotel Was very helpfull and more than nice. Great crew! Also very tasty breakfast with large variety of food.

RussiaDuring my stay two problems happened: the first, I needed to relocate to another room because the door lock's battery had powered off after some time and the second was the problem with unlocking and locking a safe box in the new room. Many thanks to Harut who managed to sort this problem out quickly and saved my time. Sometimes apples served for breakfast were with rotten spots. Certainly, you could look more carefully a find normal ones. This problem was namely with apples and not with other fruits, I do not know why. Nevertheless, if it happens to visit Athens next time I will choose this hotel again.
- Nice and helpful staff. Special thanks to Harut, Salome, Erica and Dina. - Spacy room and comfortable bed (a complimentary bottle of Greek red dry wine when checking-in the room). - Rooms are cleaned everyday. - Nice location very close to the Omonia square where you can catch a subway train and visit all main attractions of Athens. Syntagma metro station (the Greek parliament and evzon guards, Etnikos Kepos garden, Benaki Museum) is not far, either. From the Syntagma Square the shuttle bus goes to the international airport at small time intervals. - Someone wrote in comments here about local tramps and alcohol addicted people who like gathering in the evenings at a little square between the hotel and the church. They are not aggressive at all and do not pay attention to to hotel guests passing by. Migrants from South Asia (mainly Pakistan) who have settled nearby in this area and posses small shops and cafes are peaceful, too, may be because of a strict police control, I do not know, but they are.

We met a very nice and helpful receptionist. She let us leave our luggage after we checked out. Then she ordered a taxi and said how much it would cost. She provided us with water for the road. There are no words to describe the hospitality and attention with which we were treated.
