Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomWonderful hotel in a beautiful setting and location. Close to Hovolo beach, tavernas, little shops and a bakery. The bus stops right outside. Spotlessly clean and very friendly, helpful staff. We had a huge apartment, outside areas, well equipped kitchen and lounge, WiFi and air con (but the breeze was lovely, so it was rarely needed). We particularly liked how peaceful the place was and the pool was a brilliant design; a little bridge to jump off, a really deep end, a separate shallow section for the kids and fed with fresh water. A great, laid back family holiday thanks to Delphi Hotel.

AustraliaOur bathroom didn't have a shower curtain, which was a bit of a challenge, but we enjoyed fun of showering without soaking the entire bathroom!!
Great location few minutes walk to lovely beaches. The pool was fantastic and the grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. Our hosts, two lovely sisters were amazing, so friendly and accommodating. We had a beautiful two bedroom apartment with a great view of the pool and ocean. We had daily room service which we weren't expecting, and it was a lovely surprise. Smart TVs were a surprise and very useful for watching the Euro 2024!!! We visited Skiathos before arriving at Skopelos and Skopelos was much quieter if you are looking for a more chilled out destination. The busses are good and drop of at most beaches, but we hired a car at a reasonable price a few minutes walk from the apartment to help us explore the island.

United KingdomVery little to complain about . The tv in our lounge didn’t work , but they immediately sent someone to fix it , but we couldn’t get it work , our boys didn’t seem bothered , so we let it be. Bath was quite small , but no issue for us having showers. I’m used to the rustic Greek.
Beautiful gardens , very peaceful , we had ground floor , despite reviews , it was perfect for us as a family .

The location in a small town with access to beautiful beaches, and feeling like being part of the community. The pool was fun for kids until late in the night. The rooms had high ceiling and kept cooler.

We booked 2 double apartments and enjoyed a nice stay at delphi hotel. The hotel is very well located, the bus stop is in front of the hotel, and the most beautiful beaches are nearby (Hovolo, Milia, Kastani or Eftelia). Although the rooms need a little renovation and the furniture is old, the beds are new and very comfortable. The air conditioner works very well. The hotel enjoys a beautiful garden with a generous swimming pool. The staff is nice and kind, the room is cleaned daily and the towels are changed every 2-3 days. As a recommendation, the pictures should be updated to reflect the rooms as best as possible.

The pool area was lovely, very clean and the surrounding gardens were beautiful and well maintained. The room was clean and, although basic, had everything we needed. The small play area was as a bonus for the children. Location was excellent, easy walking distance for everything even with 3 young children.

SerbiaThe cleanliness of the entire complex is maximum. Thorough scrubbing of the pool every morning, change of towels every day, change of bed linen at the slightest sign. Staff always smiling and caring. You will feel like you are part of the family. Very close are the most beautiful beaches on the island, for which you can reserve a sunbed without additional costs.

DenmarkThe toilet didn't flush so well.
The owners Mary and Nicolette were exceptionally friendly and helpful during our stay at Delphi Hotel. Mary, whom we met the most, and the staff are extremely hardworking. The outside area of the hotel is very beautifully kept. The location in Elios (Neo Klima) is the perfect spot for different kinds of holidays. There are plenty of hiking possibilities in the hills, and we went hiking through the exotic Greek landscape and the especially green forests of Skopelos. From the highest points of the island, there are beautiful views of the island and the Aegean Sea, of the Agios Ioannis (the Mama Mia Church) and of old olive groves. There are also plenty of fantastically beautiful beaches in reach by foot, bike or bus. There are beaches with music, sunbeds and drinks, and there are more remote beaches within a few kilometres. Also a holiday with children is perfect at Delphi Hotel with the nice pool and playground. There is a busstop right outside af the hotel with 4 connections daily in both directions of the island. Very important is that the cleaning of the room were daily and in high quality. It is possible to get a good breakfast every morning from 8-10 o'clock made by very friendly and serviceminded staff. The beds are very nice to sleep in and there is aircondition in the room.
