It is a family owned and run place and we would really recommend it. You feel welcomed and well taken care of the whole time. There is a great restaurant near by and the view from the rooms is amazing.

The room was very clean, warm (it was the wintertime) and with amazing view! The highlight of the stay were the people! They were very warm and welcoming, have us tips on the nearby trails, prepared us a wonderful breakfast every morning and gave us the best recommendations! This was the best place we have stayed in Greece. Chrisa shows how real hospitality should be from heart. Everywhere in the border of the hotel is spotless clean, all the rooms are looks to the view of fantastic sea view. She welcomed us with the fruits of season like a mom prepared for his children. She eager to show you the around of city with informations. Decoration of the hotel and the rooms are mind blowing. We are realy so sad to left this beautiful hotel for our next journeys. Beautiful location with extraordinary view. Parking on premises. Staff is very friendly and they even treat to some mountain tea on our departure. It was very clean and it was cleaned daily with new towels. They also provided some local produced spreads like peanut butter and honey. Highly recommended.

I would not mention anything, If there is anything , depending on your preference, I strongly belive that Diogenis Family Hosts would do a perfect service recovery!!!!!!!

I arrived after a long trip and entered a very traditional, super clean room with the view over the green and sea. The room was equipped with 5* details - toiletries, small bites, home-made rakia - welcome drink, toast bread, jam, in case you are a bit hungry. Hot water always available. TV, internet, everything worked fine. I was without car so, I asked kindly the host to help me. Mrs Chrisa and her family behaved like a family to me and dropped me to the village during my stay. I recommend a car in General for beautiful Pilion! Cannot wait to go again! I would write more and more about their hospitality, but be so kind and visit them!!!! Recommended for all seasons! It is an accommodation where you would feel relaxed and like at home ! You will, as well, get the opportunity to hear stories from the host with all necessary info about the place!

This historical hotel was clean, lovely and well maintained, but the family / staff who run it were my favorite part of the stay. They were friendly, kind and extremely helpful. In the southern part of the village of Tsagkarada, on a hill overlooking the sea and the village, is the Diogenis Hotel. The hotel is built in a rustic style and the rooms are really pampering. We rented a triple room and a double room. Both were beautifully designed. The double bed is designed as a four-poster bed. The interior design of the rooms is even more beautiful than the photos on the website. Chrisa and her husband (the owners of the hotel) run it at the highest level. We felt it was not just a hotel but a home. Chrisa and her husband helped with every request and question, spoiled us beyond any expectation. Always made sure we felt comfortable and safe. The beds are big (even for tall people like me) and the mattresses are very comfortable. The breakfast served is just great. The fresh bread baked every morning, pies, omelets, salads, spreads, cakes, cold and hot drinks and more. Everything from fresh and high-quality raw materials. Definitely at a higher level than breakfasts in 5-star hotels. The whole hotel and the rooms in particular are very clean. The location of the hotel is excellent for anyone who comes with a car because there is a lot of parking (unlike in the villages), especially for a large car.
