Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Overall it was a very pleasant stay. The location is pretty close to Omonioa metro station which makes it very convenient for travellers to reach the hotel from airport without using taxi. The room was clean, quiet and comfort. Staffs were attentive. They offered to keep the room card and helped me to fix the door issue. Saw many negative reviews about the bathroom but didn't find any problems with it. Will recommend this hotel to those who are looking for good and affordable option in Athens.

United KingdomThe noise from the road, air conditioning didn't work, no kettle or coffee making facilities, there is no shower head holder, just a hand shower (in a mouldy cubicle (bathroom was seriously needing a clean) and worst, the beds were lumpy, saggy and impossible to sleep on, my back was in agony after two nights - alot of people have said this in their review For one night it's okay, but after a long day out, you need a comfortable bed, so I would not recommend this hotel based on the bed situation, and won't stay there again, despite friendly staff.
The staff were friendly. Good location.

GreeceThere were no shampoos in the bath and the towels were hard probably over used! And having returned from a difficult trip with no baggage, we needed a hot bath with shampoo and not a hand soap.
The Room was large enough for two people and the beds were really comfortable!

North MacedoniaThe staff is not flexible at all. I had a booking for someone else secured with my credit card. I went there at about 11AM, they told me it's too early to do the check in, I told them well I won't be coming back but the people that will stay in the room will come. They said ok. Then, when the people arrived they told them they need my credit card. I was 1 hour away from the hotel, and called them and told them to let them in the room and I will be there in 1 hour. They didn't want to let them in and they made them wait in the lobby for an hour while I went back, even though I was there that morning and offered them to do the check in. They wasted my time, and they made the guests wait in the lobby like any other outside guest. They don't appreciate you, so why would you appreciate them?? Just find a better place to stay!

RomaniaEverything seems a little old and outdated (it didn't bother me, actually), we had the windows facing a very loud street, with cars and motors (Athens seems to be the town of motors), the direct road to the centre passes through a neighbourhood that seems dangerous, but in fact I think is quite safe (we wandered around in the night and everything seemed ok). The bathroom door was quite squeaky… little things could be improved.
It's close to the centre and to the metro station. It has a lot of stores and restaurants around (terrasses, supermarkets), the staff was very friendly.
