I recently stayed at Hermoso Luxury suites and I am beyond impressed with the level of hospitality I experienced. From the moment I arrived, Zach was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine friendliness. The property is super clean , breakfast was amazing , transportation arranged , my children felt well pampered and cared for during our stay , they can’t wait o go back.

AMAZING rooms, Zack (the manager) was THE best person on the entire trip. He helped us with restaurant recommendations, helped us figure out places to go and has been so kind and helpful for everything.

The property was very clean and comfortable. It has plenty of space for a relaxing staying. There was a decent size safe box where I could keep my valuables safe. The property is in a walking distance from lovely restaurants and public transport. Zack, the host, is very friendly and caring, he made our stay even better. He answered to our needs every time we asked for help.

Not a negative point, but we recommend renting a car, motorcycle or ATV. It will bring more freedom to move. We were there in the middle season and it was easy and peaceful to park the car near Fira, Imerovigli or Oia (6 or 8 minutes walk away).

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and it was an excellent experience! We loved everything, the accommodation, bed, shower and the pool is a good size (depth from 1.20m to 1.60m). And the breakfast is very good, an added comfort to have breakfast available in the pool area overlooking the sea! The staff are very friendly and helpful, they help with anything you need. My wife was having her birthday and I ordered flowers, wine and a special cake (without sugar, eggs and milk). The location is good, centralized on the island. Close to Fira, Perívolos and 20 minutes from Oia or the Lighthouse in the south of the island.

On thing only and that was having tea and coffee facilities in the room. Although the staff were more than helpful to make me coffee and bring it. Unfortunately, my time was out of season so drinks and food on premises were limted. However staff got me everything I needed.

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is soo clean and beautiful rooms for the price. So much space compared to other places. Staff were amazing and could not do enough. They got me everything I needed. Nothing was too much.

Absolutely nothing. We would love to visit Santorini again and DL Santorini is somewhere we'd definitely be staying!

We loved everything about this place and the family running it. We've never felt such hospitality before like we had felt at DL Santorini. Their polite mannerism is truly inspiring and left us feeling overwhelmed. My husband and I spent our first anniversary here and they helped us to book the best dinner settings overlooking the sunset. Not only that, I wanted to surprise my husband with a cake and they went above and beyond to get a cake for us and were so excited and genuinely happy for us. The food was absolutely delicious here too! Honestly, we have met some of the best people at this hotel who have truly touched our hearts and we will forever remember them. The atmosphere of family is truly felt and we felt like family there too. The location of DL Santorini was perfect too! The beaches were so close so we were able to go back and forth to explore the island and coming back to the hotel to freshen up for dinner. We also woke early to see the sunrise and we were able to get a perfect view from the pool area outside- it truly was breathtaking. If you want a closer look you can visit the beach 5 mins away. Breakfast was always fabulous and even thought my husband and I were always the last ones out for breakfast, the team still placed fresh croissants etc out for us- they truly know how to make you feel special and take their roles as hosts very seriously. To the team of DLSantorini- thank you for making us fall in love with Santorini you truly have made this experience so memorable for us. Huge respect to you all and we wish you all the best with the amazing job you are doing with the beautiful hotel with such an inspiring history. Nothing to add. We really like it.

In general we like the set up. It is very inviting and relaxing. It is kept very clean. Despite being close to the airport it wasn’t disrupted to sleep and relax. But more than the property itself we really enjoyed and appreciated the warm and friendliness of the family owner and the special personalized service and attention from we received.

central location: every sight reachable in a nice car drive; next to airport, but still quiet thanks to proper building! I appreciated the extreme friendliness, perfect arrangements (rental car, sailing trip, airport transfer), the easy times at the pool and the tips for the visit to the island

We liked a lot this location. There is a big family very nice, very friendly. We felt like we are part from their family in those days. There is that type of accomodation where when you leave, you're sad, you want to stay more. They are very attentive to people's needs. The food is very good. The room was very clean (we liked the smell of vanilla from the room :D). They are very flexible with car rental service. We would come back to this location anytime.
