We would wish that the phone could have been in the common area. It was in one bedroom so annoying for both couples as one has to answer always and one has to intrude the other couple if she has to call reception

We had stayed here for two days in 2bhk villa with pool. MARIA at reception and Georgia both made our stay lovely and comfortable. Maria helped us with lot of things and was available whenever possible. The view from our room and the villa itself for mesmerising.both our room had private bathroom.

Breathtaking views, amazing daily breakfast served at the comfort of your suite, the pool, the private hot tub, fitness center overlooking the sea, and exquisite spa treatments. I enjoyed it all and wish I could have stayed longer, most importantly I should mention the team, everyone was extra caring and friendly!

Thanks to Maria, she is warm and friendly, she suggested to try waffles and dakos and thanks well done were terrific! We booked the honeymoon suite, wow! They brought us a welcome cocktail after arrived. The private pool was heated and has hydro massages. The breakfast was amazing, best quality, you can choose a la carte what you want and quantity. The view is amazing! Thanks for everything, this place worth the money that you spend!

We visited during late April, and while the wildflowers were breathtaking across the island, the mosquitos were out in force in the apartment. There were also ants that sought to find our food in the apartment each night but were otherwise harmless.

The staff at Dome were delightful, happy to help and knowledgeable. The resort is beautiful, just as pictured. The pools were well maintained, though chilly when we visited in late April. The beds were comfortable, and the included breakfast was lovely. Note that the resort does not face inward on the caldera, getting beautiful sun in the mornings rather than sunset views. The Fira-Oía walking route is a few minutes away on foot, and when we weren’t out at a nice restaurant for dinner, we brought food and wine there to watch the sunset.

We arrived and had issues with bugs inside the wood that kept us up every night scratching the wood, despite efforts to try to remove them this continued. We ordered breakfast each morning and it was wrong every time. There was no offering of services really at all and the receptionists were quite unwelcoming. I would not think this place is 4 star and we didn’t feel that treatment, I would not recommend the room with the higher bedroom as the ceiling is too low. You can book a hotel with 3 stars and get more for your money.

- You need a car, nothing in walking distance. From the nearby bus stop you can only go to Oia and if you want to return to the hotel you need to go to Fira and then get another bus to Oia. There is no taxi, only paid transfers which are expensive. - No water pressure at all when using the rain shower in the bathroom. Also very humid because of the open design and no ventilation/windows. - Weak A/C, you will sweat a lot during the night, specially because of the design of the rooms (the beds are in a mezzanine and cold air do not reach it) - Dirty outdoor pool, you can see some green looking lime on the walls. - Cascade and jets in the pool from the common area do not work - Gym is a joke, the only machine was broken. There is a rusted and old threadmill/transport and literally one 2kg dumbell. No A/C in the room. - No maintenance everywhere: automatic lights inside the closets do not turn off/on correctly because of crooked doors. - Unstable wifi, most of the time doesn't work and you need to rely on bad mobile signal. - Giving an overall 3 just in respect to the staff on site, otherwise definitely not worth the 550 euros per night.

air conditioning was broken no futon as per description private pool was tiny not value for money manager wasn’t helpful, he provided a fan as a substitute for air conditioning but when the temp is 38.c it’s very difficult to sleep underwhelming and not what we expected

Beautiful building, great location, friendly staff. Unfortunately the value for money is totally inadequate. In the sense that for a 4th star establishment and with these prices you cannot bring lunch and leave the dishes until the next day, the water glasses present the first day and never put back; but above all the lights to get to the room all burned out, so in the middle of the night to get to the room with the lights on from the cell phones; finally TV with only a few channels all Greek.

TENANT SECURITY - BREAKFAST- LOCATION The bathroom is dangerous for visitors in combination with the use of slippers. Incorrect use of floor materials. Breakfast was disappointing. Not even for one person, in a double room. Bad quality The location as far as Imerovigli is not what the visitor expects.

the day spa is NOT IN USE. this was the reason why I booked in the first place. lots of things were not utilised ie. wood fire pizza oven no spa which it is called a resort and spa. I found out the staff actually live in the spa i thought this was disgusting of the owners. the bar was run by an amazing young man but it was such a small bar with very little for him to apply cocktails with. for the money they were charging a night I feel the owners were really stingy this upset me a lot.

The bed was sinking in between. The rain shower was super slow and if you use a hand shower whole bathroom will become a pool, as there were no shower curtains. also, the AC stopped working and the staff was not helpful at all. asked us to open the windows. did not have any stand-alone Fan. and when asked for Mosquito repellent - they provided one which was not working. Also, the Hot tub was always with dirt even after it was cleaned. No proper place to eat Breakfast which is provided in a room for a family or 3 or more as there are only 2 chairs on the balcony in the sun.

The location was ok, close to the public bus stop but there is nothing much to do in Imerovigli.

The description does not make clear that this hotel does NOT face the caldera. Shame on us, we assumed based on the high price point, the comparable hotels that came up, and the lovely photos of the ocean shown just out the window that this was the caldera view. It's NOT. BUYER BEWARE!!!! When we stayed in Santorini one time, booked last minute, that hotel had made us acknowledge that we knew we were not getting a caldera facing room. The Dome hotel does not have that sort of transparency. NONE of their rooms face the caldera. They're on the other side of the road, and very low. More that than, the location is far removed from everything. In Santorini, the towns progress from Fira to Firostefani to Imerovigli to Oia. This one is in Imerovigli, but NOTE it's on the far, far end of Imerovigli. We stayed in one last visit that was also in Imerovigli, but just a short walk to Firostefani. This one is so far that the pedestrian path does not even connect fully (the path ends, with a barrier, then broken stones and sand.) The guests coming in right after us, and the couple we met on our final night all felt misled about the location. The staff at reception explained that there was no problem because their driver could take us anywhere we needed to go. Not the experience we wanted, but it would do. He drove us to the better side of Imerovigli the first day, and we used the service for another trip the next morning to Firostefani and one that next night to Oia. At the end of our visit, we were presented a bill with charges for ALL transfers except that first one. Reception staff explained that we should have known when a different driver and car showed up that this would be charged. Again, nothing disclosed! Though the expensive room ($550) was non-refundable, we considered letting it go our second night, and even found a nice hotel with a caldera view room still available for half the price. We should have moved. Very bad experience.

This "cave hotel" is visually appealing, and clean. The breakfast is expansive, delicious, and included in the price. The front desk staff are courteous and responsive (but don't take accountability for misleading facts about the hotel. (See below!)
