Had one day with no hot water, but once this was addressed they took care of it. Power was lost the first day and I think this may have affected it.

The location of Canaves Elefas is awesome with great views of the caldera, sunsets. It is very private, it has a plunge pool from where you can enjoy the awesome views. The space was big, rooms separated from a living room. The booking process was great, they helped us with our luggage down. We had breakfast that they prepared and set up in a table outside with great views of the caldera. Antonis was awesome. The staff cleaned the villa daily, fixed beds and baths. We had a great time.

Gorgeous villas with breathtaking views! The stunning vistas, complete with a plunge pool and lounge chairs, made our stay unforgettable. We enjoyed beautiful mornings on the balcony with a delightful breakfast every day. Antonis was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and arranging a rental car for us. Aris was fantastic, assisting with our luggage, setting up breakfast each morning, and even arriving early on our last day with a packed breakfast to help us with our departure.

Value for money. Absolutely in love with this place. Antonis and all his wonderful stuff took care of us for the whole stay. Really appreciate wonderful breakfast that we were getting every morning. We were able to order as much food as we wanted and the quality was top !! The views from the villa are the best in the island and with the full privacy. Will definitely come back to this place if visiting Santorini again.

There is nothing to dislike.

This was an amazing stay. It exceeded our expectations in every aspect. After staying three days in Fira, it was a nice quiet place with the most amazing views. It is about a seven minute walk down to Firo-Stefani and about a seven minute walk up to walk to Imerovigli center. The hotel manager Antonis went above and beyond to make us feel like we were the most important guests. I can’t say enough about the breakfast. We have been in Greece for about a week and while all of the breakfast have been great this one was truly amazing.

Nothing it was superb

The property was absolutely stunning, with the best views I’ve ever seen at a hotel. I’d say it has the best views on the island, after visiting several hotels and walking past many others! It was also secluded and private, despite being only a few minutes walk into both Fira and Imerovigli. The location was really great, with easy access to both towns and the caldera path to Oia. The service was excellent, Antonis and his team were fantastic. The breakfast was also superb!

The wifi is a bit slow.

Amazing! It was a dream. The villa is in typical white Troglodyte, with an exclusive view of Fira, the caldera, and the sunset is literally in front of the villa. The villa is in a private street with no access for outsiders, so you can enjoy your stay in complete tranquillity. The pool also faces the caldera. The villa is well equipped, and the staff are very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is on the menu and served every morning on the terrace. A lot of restaurants are located around. The villa has good access to the street and road, which is ideal for visiting Santorini + there is a parking.

The view is 180 degrees and absolutely gorgeous. You cannot beat having your freshly prepared breakfast on your private deck overlooking that view. The staff was incredibly and helpful as well. They went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and well cared for.

Amazing view, with privacy. Right in between Fira and Imerovugli to enjoy great restaurants within less then 15min walking. Antonis and his team are very responsive and friendly ! The +: access to the other hotel of the chain, which was great to enjoy after a day visiting Oia!

Nothing, perfect from start to finish!

Exceptional stay, from start to finish!! The morning we were due to arrive the manager called to advise our room was ready early, as the prior guests had checked out earlier that morning, which meant we were able to check-in just after 11am, which worked out perfectly for us, as we had to check out of our previous accommodation around that time, we really appreciated this. The staff went out of their way to make our stay extremely special. There was a welcome plate, and bottle of wine in the room on arrival. The room was immaculately clean, and extremely well equipped, ample towels, bathrobes, toiletries were provided in the room. A tasty breakfast was served on the terrace every morning. The views from the property were superb. In summary, staff are amazing, the room was beautiful, do not hesitate just book this property, you will have am amazing stay. Thank you to Antonis, and the two lovely ladies, and the lovely gentleman that helped us with our luggage for making our stay in Santorini truly special.

Facilities, views, end to end experience overlooking best ever views in Santorini and most importantly, Antonis’ excellent hospitality. Villa was an upgrade and was gorgeous with a good breakfast; Antonis also provided great recommendations for tours and restaurants in the island which enhanced the overall experience. Eden Villas is a perfect place to stay in Santorini!

It would be nice a tiltable parasol, so it can protect from the sun all day.

Antonis and the whole stuff were superkind. We were in a late compering the time we agreed before so when we arrived we had to wait a few mins. During this time we got cold water and “sweet of the spoon” as a welcome and we could wait in a cooled area (it was approx. 40C outside 😄). We got a chance for early check-in, moreover a free update from 1 bedroom to 2 bedrooms! The property meets all needs: it has privacy and peace, it’s super clean and comfortable, and last but not least it has an amazing view. I mean frankly, it is breathtaking. You don’t have to book in a restaurant to admire the sunset, because you can enjoy it at your own property from the pool :)) The breakfast is also very enjojable which they serve at the terrace by prior arragement. There were so much small kidnesses that it’s almost impossible to enumerate: pre-arrival form, a bottle of wine and fruit salat as a Welcome gift, straw hats against the sun, “unlimited” cold water in the fridge, beach towels etc. Thanks for making our stay memorable :)
