The room was quite small but I was aware of it before I booked.

The hotel was very clean and the bed very comfortable but it’s been especially the little things that made it special. For example a tv remote control wrapped in foil to keep it clean or the provided mosquito plug just in case.

Spacious room for 2 parents, and 2 children, good breakfast and coffee. Just 3 minutes from a metro station. Kids-friendly - wet napkins, kids toilet seat, steps to reach the toilet etc.

The breakfast could be better but in Thessaloniki there are plenty of options for breakfast and coffee

I had a very pleasant stay and mostly because of the personnel. Everybody beginning from the reception until the cleaning service was very kind and helpful. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the main square and the room was comfortable and clean.

The price of the rooms were good value for money, The Hotel was close to Thessaloniki attractions and the waterside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was acceptable.

Great value for the money! Situated in a central location, easily reachable from airport with the shuttle bus and also within walking distance from the main tourist attractions. The staff is beyond kind and always ready to help. 10/10 cleanliness. Surprisingly comfortable bed, spacious room and a very pretty balcony with a view over the main street. Breakfast was light in diversity but more than enough, they also have greek pastries and fresh fruits, it was the perfect energy boost to start the day

Car parking

Everything is fine except car parking. Room and breakfast is enough, location of hotel is closer historical places. I recommend to stay there because it’s acceptable by price and performance. Hotels employees warm and get answer them every questions.

Extremely small wardrobe and bathroom mean that it won't be very comfortable for long stays.

The hotel is located near one of the main commercial avenues, very close to markets, shops, restaurants and plenty of night life. Either with public transport or with a taxi, it's 30 to 40 minutes away from the airport. The room was quite small and the big bed took most of the place. The bathroom, balcony and wardrobe were also extremely small. This wasn't a huge problem for us, because we only stayed for one night, but it might be an issue for others. The breakfast was tasty, and all employees were very friendly.

The toilet seat was not comfortable as you had to squeeze yourself to fit due to the fact that there was a column behind it

The location is nice. Room was clean. We had 603 on 6th floor and room was very big as well. Personnel cery friendly. We usually prefer Egnatia Hotel whenever we visit Thessaloniki

They say you get what you pay for, and this place met our expectations accordingly. Check-in went very smoothly, and the staff was very friendly. The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed. We also had a small balcony. Breakfast was quite varied to suit everyone’s taste.
