All 5 pools were cold and not heated. I know it was early in the season but if one pool was heated it would have improved our stay. The TV in our room didn’t have great channel choices but somehow another one of our family’s rooms had Netflix???? I not wanted to watch while in bed at night so not a big issue.

Food was a great standard, Staff were friendly and so helpful, Maria in reception, the male spa therapist, wait staff etc. resort layout & aesthetic fantastic and rooms good. Close walking distance to the beautiful centre of Fira great facilities.

the bathroom had a strange smell like the pipes were rusting or just not cleaned in a while . also water was taking very long to drain in the shower area.

Breakfast was more than ok with a huge choice of food and drinks. But it was every day almost exactly the same. A little change would be appropriate, such as different cheeses, fresh fruit, maybe some smoked salmon. One thing we didn't love on the wonderful island of Santorini is not the hotel's fault but we would like to remark it here. Leaving the hotel you were immediately surrounded by lots of litter. Parts of the island are a huge dump and with the wind- everything is flying around. The gym could be improved!

We really enjoyed our week at El Greco Hotel. We booked a suite which was spacious and comfy. The grey and white interior decoration was very tasteful and the view from window or terrace both to the east and west coast was terrific. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. The whole hotel complex is very well maintained and clean.

We traveled for the first time with a baby, were a little worried, but everything turned out just super. The stuff of the hotel was amazing, manager Teo helped with a comfort room, receptionists Maria and Anna were sweethearts, Soni was very helpful and professional massage therapists Kristosh and Anna from the Spa physically restored my wife's body after labor. Not to mention such a lovely waitresses Katerina and Angeliki. Definitely will recommend for friends and for whoever is reading this review 😉 Go for it!

Very spacious accomodation. Our room was upgraded with no extra cost, so grateful. Hotel staff are very welcoming. Very convenient place to stay, walking distance to the town centre, a convenience store is just nearby. Room has a pleasant smell .

The hotel itself is really nice, always have a refreshing smell the moment you walk in even a meter away from the reception. The employees were very friendly, helpful and approachable. Especially the receptionists and restaurant personnel they are one of the asset of the hotel plus they upgraded our room with adjacent room enough space for a family of 4, very comfortable and clean. A huge and very relaxing resort. We were very satisfied costumers. 9.8 out of 10👍👍. Thank you we enjoyed our stay.

Small ants crawling on the sofa bed & floor. I was told by the front desk staff that it is a common problem even after they clean the rooms very well.

Great location within walking distance to the pharmacy, supermarket, hospital, & restaurants as well as breathtaking views. The rooms are very spacious and clean.

The property is on a very busy road and a fifteen minute walk into Fira We had a room near the front which surrounded a pool that we used all the time, but you did get traffic noise which we didn’t mind as the pool area was quiet unlike the main one and near our room

Four pools so you could usually get a sun bed Room was very spacious and quiet Restaurant was good for breakfast and served a very good buffet for evening meal if that’s what you wanted The staff in both the bar and the restaurant are excellent

the location was perfect for walking into the Fira. please be aware that you cross a busy road to get into town so not for the faint hearted. it is only a 29 minute walk into town. breakfast was wonderful. Staff upgraded our rooms. Beautiful!!!

The breakfast buffet was below average. Although the room was clean, there were some stains on the sofas which was a little off-putting.

The service was absolutely incredible! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I even got a free upgrade to a bigger room. The pools were amazing too.

We stayed in the Villa. One of the bathroom sinks was clogged as well as both bathrooms shower drains. One of the bathrooms smelled like sewer.

I liked that the hotel was big but it felt small because of the layout and the great customer service. I like that the hotel wasn't in the center but it wasn't far away from the town center. Everything was easily accessible. We also like that the hotel have many pools.

Breakfast selection was poor. I found staff quite unfriendly, especially the bar staff. Ignoring and just chatting amongs themselves in Greek all the time, maybe it's just end of the season and they all tired. The walk into town whilst is short it's along a super busy road, tricky to cross, no one slowing down.

The room was great size, beds comfortable, few pools to choose from and a short walk into town. Supermarket is about 5 min walk away.

there was so many flies all the time around you whilst eating, they need to get something to help reduce them
