There was an oversight that we were not left with toilet paper which wasn't a problem.. but after we reported it to the front desk, who was going to send some up, after a few hours, we still needed to go and get some directly from a room steward. It seems like many of the staff are not empowered and have to go get others involved to complete tasks and had to get others involved.

Breakfast was included and was quite good. There were 5 pools and they were very good.

We had standard room and that room was big with big balcony, but only one small closet. Bathroom was molding and pipes were jammed, but they fixed it asap we noticed it. No ventilation in bathroom.

Staff especially Kristina was awesome. She was super helpful and got us dinner reservations at a lovely restaurant on the evening we arrived. Dad forgot to bring his blood pressure medication and she promptly gave us suggestions to the pharmacy or help to call for a doctor.

I loved everything but the two feedback I wanted to give : In colder months, please provide warmer bedding. The breakfast was a bit monotonous. Apart from the above I highly recommend this hotel.

It is a beautiful property with amazing scenery. Great staff made me feel comfortable and relax especially the reception staff , the two beautiful ladies and lovely gentlemen, and the main face of the restaurant when breakfast in the morning is located. 10/10 would recommend big resort that is only like 8 minutes away from the main city.

We are studying abroad in Italy and went here for the weekend and it was the best trip we have had all semester! If you are thinking about staying here definitely do it!!! It was a very chill and relaxing location! Everything was so amazing. Seriously the best weekend of our lives. The breakfast was amazing and we ate for dinner and lunch and everytime was sooo fantastic.

Silence in pool areas, no background music. Felt like being at a funeral. Only one bar and service is slow from bar. Everyone we spoke to felt the same, the place needs an atmosphere and the manager seemed to think the customers liked the silence but everyone around the pool shared the same opinion about lack of atmosphere so they are out of touch with understanding what the customer wants. Breakfast is limited. There is no way near enough sun beds and people are reserving sunbeds from midnight onwards with towels and then not even using them, so it needs a process to allocate sunbeds. During a 10 night stay we managed to get sunbeds once! It felt like the hunger games trying to get a sunbed.

Great location for exploring the island, probably the best and great view of volcano and sunset. Large pools, rooms good size, staff are very helpful.

I did not like my first room ,really small and not clean ,the sink was outside the bathroom which means in the room ,the bathroom door has no lock . The food in the bar was a little bit expensive but really tasty ,very poor breakfast, no choice and same food everyday so disappointing ,a part from croissants nothing was good,no swimming pool with toboggan ,a slide or something else for children, poor pool towels look old and location is not far from Thira centre however, with children it can seem far for them and the way to get from the hotel to the city is dangerous especially with kids.

I liked how the hotel is built,many different size pools. My first was not what I expected I was disappointed however, my second room was good and spacious with a big terrace,the bathroom was really nice . Many thanks to all the staff and a huge thank you to the beautiful Anna.

At the beginning of the stay everything looked nice but of course we found it later. Breakfast were not the best, quality was poor. Stuff on reception was disappointing and catastrophic, we asked them before check out for help with luggages as the resort is very big and they have got small mobile cars. Lady on reception said that they are busy and they cannot help us and she HUNG UP TELEPHONE! And after this we saw how the cars are passing by empty. The stuff was really unfriendly on reception!

Flaky and some broken sunbeds by main pool (especially as all the others at different pools had cushions on them). Very busy breakfast times. Staff helpful, but never felt like a personal service. Missing a trick not providing drinks service around the pool.

The gym was very good, lots of different machines and possibilities. The bench was not so good though because it only had three different highs. The breakfast was good but not so many filling options for vegans. I would have liked a plant based yoghurt.

The bathroom door would swing to the toilet and almost smack us in the face. The fruit was often tasteless or close to being rotten. There was an inconsistency in staff. Some were nice, and others were rather curt, not very friendly.

We appreciated being upgraded to a junior suite. I loved the cats on the site.

Unhelpful staff. Poor value for money. Don’t expect to have access to free drinking water. Note you can purchase bottles at the bar, they don’t mention this but it is better than walking in to town if you are thirsty late at night. If you are stranded due to a ferry strike.. I wish you the best of luck.. hotel is not helpful in these situations for any guest. Funny story, but when we found out that the ferries were cancelled, we asked the front desk for some help, they sent us in to town to a travel agent to then find out information. Despite being in a foreign country, they wouldn’t assist with calling the agent on our behalf to try and find this information. I asked if we could have a late check out, given the line at the travel agent was around an hour long, the answer was no as the hotel was full and the room was booked by another guest. That is obviously fine and I understand completely. However, when I got back from the travel agent and mentioned that the ferry was cancelled, they said I could pay to stay in the same room for another night.. so.. I guess it wasn’t booked out after all.

Excellent pool facilities, very clean accommodation. Great breakfast options. Rooms are good, enjoyed the private balcony.

Perhaps having some water and possibly sobert available after the massage would be helpful.

The Hotel Greco is a good Hotel. It is very large with a number of swimming pools. The check in was great and we were given a free room upgrade which was fantastic. Unfortunately the Hotel is around 1/2 walk from the main town and with the summer heat can feel longer. My partner got a massage and really enjoyed it. Good value for money on the massage as well so I would definitely recommend.
