We are on the final day of our fabulous holiday in Santorini and don’t want to leave this beautiful villa! The host Maroulia has pulled out all the stops making our stay comfortable and pleasurable. Nothing was too much trouble from sorting the hire car out to recommending fabulous eateries. The Villa has everything you need and the pool is cleaned every day. It is only a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and main road where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Would recommend Dorians for cheap drinks and Grandma’s kitchen for the scrummy gyros which you can eat in the bar. Would highly recommend and we will definitely return 🤩

The pool was lovely and a good size. Effective air conditioning, which was much needed when the average daily temperature was 32 degrees. The villa was clean and had most things we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautifully furnished. Maroulia was an exceptional host and facilitated an early check in and late check out

The house is set back about 400m from the coastal road from Emporio which terminates a bit further down the coast at the centre of Perissa. We were therefore spared any traffic or party noise while being able to walk easily to the Santa Irini bakery and the small Carrefour supermarket. The beach is conveniently another 500m or so on after the main road, so is walkable. Unfortunately, the area between the main road and the house is marred by abandoned, rusty cars, litter and rubbish, barbed wire and a derelict farm building. However this is not the owner’s fault and is fairly standard in Santorini, which seems to be struggling with waste management in the face of so many tourists. Better for future guests to be forewarned than to get a nasty surprise. Once in the house you are nearly away from this depressing aspect. It would just be good if the eating area of the yard contained some tall flowering plants and other greenery to block the view of the adjacent water station (which is not scenic at all, but not otherwise a big problem).

The house is very well looked after, and decorated with taste and quality. Maroulia clearly takes pride in its appearance and cleanliness. She is an extremely obliging host, going out of her way to help with requests. We particularly liked the two pretty young olive trees in the yard, and the tidy pool area. The view back from the house over the stark mountain behind is striking and peaceful and allows you to imagine a time when the island was less developed. Perissa is a good and more reasonably priced base to explore the island from. The beach is clean with black sand and a lot of package holidaymakers.

As a host with a couple of holiday let’s myself I know what goes into making guest experiences special. Maroulia pulled out all the stops. The villa was just what we wanted, away from the hustle and bustle but easy reach to shops and restaurants. My son absolutely loved the pool.

Even that the property was not close to the touristic places, it was a great election because it was far away de crowded places, so it was a very peaceful place. The house is very comfortable, the pool was exactly we were looking for. Carrefour supermarket, a bakery, a bus stop, and places to rent a car and others.

Such a beautiful, clean and well presented villa. The location is a perfect base for exploring not only Perissa but the whole island! No more than 5 minutes walk away from a supermarket, bus stop and restaurant/bars. Maroulia was a lovely host and we will definitely come back!

It was fantastic. Just what our family needed. Pool to ourselves was brilliant. The children could start playing in the water straight away in the morning and they loved it.

The villa is in a great location, is comfortable, spotlessly clean and has everything you need. Maroulia, the host, takes a huge amount of pride in the villa and she is always on hand with help and answers to any questions. Adonis came to clean the pool daily and gave us lots of recommendations of places to visit. All in all this villa comes highly recommended.

Couldn't fault it - very professional throughout.

Fantastic property - would recommend to anyone traveling to Santorini! The host, Maroulia, was very helpful and did everything with a smile on her face, same as her brother Adonis, who came to clean the pool every day. The property looks exactly like the pictures, decked out with modern equipment but in the traditional Santorini style. All of the furniture was hand crafted, which was a nice touch. You're a 5 minute walk from the Carrefour and 15 minutes to the beach. There's a handy bus stop on the main road (again, only 5 minutes away) to take you to Fira. Even when we had an issue with the hot tub at almost midnight, Maroulia replied instantly and Adonis was with us 10 minutes later to fix the issue. This is a luxury villa with a reasonable price tag - very rare in Santorini! Thanks to Maroulia and the family.

There is a water filling station close to the house which is not exactly beautiful, but you would be looking at the mountains and your own pool anyway when sitting outside, so it’s not really an issue.

Extremely clean, totally unique and tasteful deco, good airconditioning (just turn the thermostat down enough), excellent soundproofing, great pillows and good beds, two bathrooms with showers, excellent floor plan with spacious rooms for a family or two couples. Front yard and pool are very beautiful and presumably brand new. Very private. And to top things off maybe the most tentative host we’ve ever had. We asked for suncovers for the yard and got them within hours, we were allowed to check out later for much improved logistics and enjoyment of the kids and basically all our needs were proactively asked for and fulfilled.

If you are lucky enough to book this villa you are in for a treat to meet the kindest, sweetest and most generous hosts you will ever find, I have truly found my place in Santorini that I will be happy to come back to and see my Greek family again:) the hosts also own a great local shop in Perissa (mermaid) with the best prices so it is a big bonus. The villa is beautiful and spotless, so clean and you get clean water in the swimming pool and jacuzzi at the start of your holiday. The villa is near the beach, only a 2 minute drive, I recommend renting a car so you can truly discover the island. We loved vlychada beach! There is a great bakery , only a 5 minute walk to the main road and there is a good supermarket, only a 4 minute drive away. The pool was not heated but we managed to swim a little, even in April. Pool was cleaned every day. The jacuzzi was fun:) The kitchen is well equipped, including coffee and other condiments. We were so happy to be able to make pancakes and eggs for breakfast every day because there was a pan, toaster, bowls, plates, cutlery, mugs and also wine glasses - Everything you might possibly need. There is a tv with Netflix etc. Look no further and choose this villa for the best holiday in Santorini!

If you value peace, privacy, then this villa is perfect for you! It is located away from the town, next to a beautiful mountain. Horses graze nearby, you feel like in the countryside. But just a few minutes walk there is a wonderful bakery, bus stop, shop, sea and many restaurants. The place is very convenient. I really liked the villa itself: handmade furniture, cozy, very clean and everything is thought out for a comfortable rest. The pool is great, cleaned every day. And on top of all that, an extremely friendly, kind and caring hostess ❤️ We really recommend it!

Very neat,clean,compact villa. Close enough to Sea and restaurants. Also Bakery and Supermarket very close walking distance. The location is central to all promenades of Perissa and Perivolos. Very clean Villa,excellent communication with the owners and Maroulia was outstanding. The pool is neat and well looked after by Maroulias Father .This was cleaned everyday,as was the Villa.
