Buffet breakfast might have been more tasty. Hot food was often cold. Some of the restaurant services were curtailed because it was near the end of the season.

Grounds were beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was tasteful and quiet. Constaninos in the maintenance department was especially helpful in solving several electrical connection problems we encountered.

the domestic staff need an overhaul! on our first night our room was not serviced by 7pm when we returned to our room feeling pretty tired from a full day out. we contacted front desk and was given some excuse and told that they had till 9pm to finish their servicing! We explained that we were tired and wanted it done immediately. they did not turn up until 8pm and did a quick change of linen on the bed and left. nothing else was done other than take our coffee cups away and requested fresh cups to be delivered, but these never came, I contacted them again for some coffee cups and they still took an hour to arrive, 2 coffee cups, no saucers, no teaspoons! by that stage I had put on the do not disturb light and went to bed, but we were still woken up to receive these cups. the next day our room was “serviced” but still no saucers, teaspoons, no replenishment of the tea and coffee facilities, and we had run out of paper tissues the day before but these were not replaced, and the used glasses were only rinsed and not properly washed This staff made what was potentially a wonderful stay into a disappointing one.

Everything is perfect. The beach, the view from the beach, al 5 restaurants are fabulous - including the very good breakfast. The service of the stuff was very good, they are all vey nice, helpful and do the best so your vacation will be great and memorable. Very recommended!!

Our three young daughters loved the hotel's pool, and spent most of our time in the pool, however a play area and a water slide would be an excellent addition.

The hotel includes a sizable pool with a bar in the center and is extremely well kept. A beautiful beach is close by the house. The staff is great. There are several restaurants in the hotel, in addition to a mini-market.

If you are bed and breakfast there is nowhere local to buy lunch or a snack other than to have a meal at the hotel or eat out. If I was AI would have felt it wasnt good value. Dont see the need for elite and non elite customers we've all paid to stay so should get the same level of service and access you need to bring this policy up to date with your clientele and not alienate as equally good options are available at neighbouring hotels. I had a massage at spa and free use of spa facilities on that day alone no movement to an alternate day felt a tad inflexible especially when 2 of the steam/sauna rooms were out of use. On arrival sea view room great view of sea and pool and very clean but daily cleaning was not to a 5 star standard more like 3 star it needs more attention.

The hotel was in a gorgeous setting on a beautiful beach. The pool was big and no rushing or saving sunbeds. Breakfast had a good choice. Beautiful interior spa, bar and beach. Good location 10 mins in taxi to Faliraki 10 euro each way. 20 mins to Rhodes in taxi 20 euros each way. Ate at Fresh restaurant twice it was very good. Staff at reception always helpful and friendly. Various activities along the beach. Evening drinks at the beach bar with great views and live music. I would recommend the hotel as overall it delivered a relaxing enjoyable stay in a beuatiful setting.

Payment was taken prior to check in on my credit card, I had to call Booking.com for 2 weeks to sort and still had to sort it when arrived as the error had not been corrected.

Rooms kept very clean, all staff friendly and attentive. Spa facilities very good. Pool area excellent and spacious, no rush to get beds is always a bounus.
