There are sport and fitness activities that can be booked all day long, with a good variation during the week. The staff was very respectful. We would gladly revisit whenever possible.

Everything except that it was too far from shopping. The food was excellent, the staff was great, the rooms clean.. The swimming pool was super. I have never seen sure a huge pool! Everything I see now doesn't measure up to the Euphoria Resort. They Are G R E A T!!

United KingdomThe vitamin bar was closed nearly all the time we were there which was disappointing. Our shower really wasn’t very powerful and the TV kept cutting out, as if there was poor signal. We have 3 teenagers, and there were v few people their age (but loads of little kids). It didn’t matter, as this was planned as a time for us to spend time just the 5 of us, but if we’d been there for longer, they might have been a bit disappointed. We didn’t think that much of the surrounding area. We had spent a week elsewhere in Crete (Kalyves) and loved it there. If you like exploring, there’s not much to see/places to walk to. We loved the resort, but once you’re there, you could be anywhere in Europe/Asia/Middle East/Caribbean etc. Maybe not the place to stay if you want to experience real Crete.
Very comfortable rooms, wonderful pool, very high quality food, great service (whether pool or beach side, in a restaurant or at the front desk). The staff were very accommodating - our flight home was at 9pm and we were told we could stay at the resort for as long as we wanted, use all of the facilities etc. The lady at Reception was writing down the time we wanted our bags collected from our room, and she apologised for not looking at me while she was speaking to me! So lovely. We were unable to book any of the a la Carte restaurants on arrival (they were all full and we were only there for 3 nights), but the staff managed to find us a table at the Asian restaurant (which was fantastic).

IndiaIt was difficult booking al la cart restaurants when we pay so much to stay also many seats were open when it said full….and also waiting to be seated at the main restaurant didn’t really make sense also being told i couldn’t wear flip flops when that’s all i brought, i didn’t really understand that when we were dressed up. They should consider adding a playground for kids at the start of the grass area since all kids play there in the evenings .
Breakfast was good and al la cart restaurants Italian and Asian were nice. Beef wasn’t so good but the other dishes were very nice. The kids club was very nice and clean thanks to staff our kids enjoyed activities!

More activities, variation in surfacing. - gym opening hours (please extend so gym is open in morning and evening) - free tip for hotel owner: service in main restaurant. If you redeploy your “allocation of seat staff” to actually provide customer service and let people chose their own seat I think you will improve customer service and can save money. - sleeping couch in family room. Very poor sleep.
Excellent food for all-inclusive. Plenty of healthy options and high quality raw ingredients. Those who desire fried and fast food are also in good hands. Pool is great and well maintained. Kids are allowed in the indoor pool in the morning for 1hr, which was appreciated on days with grey weather. Children waterland. Children loved it and hotel has two lifeguards on watch. Room was excellent (family room)
