Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

It was clean and comfortable stay for us. Everything was perfect. We used their car chargers and that’s definitely big plus for us. Also the property has 2 separate chargers so no need to worry about if it’s in use.

The room was very clean and nicely designed and the bed was extremely comfortable, they have Coco-Mat mattresses!! The owners are so kind and welcoming people and also helpful. We had a flat tire and the owner even helped us to change the tire and recommended us an auto-service where to go next day to fix the issue. Thank you very much for everything! We will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

There was a strong cigarette smell in the room and the size of the room was small.

Everything was needed and clean, very friendly host. Near the beach, there is a super market near by. There is free parking. Location was great, walkable to everything.

No breakfast option, quite far from the beach. A horrible light emergency light in the room - we had to cover it with a black towel in order to be able to sleep. Not all light fixtures were working - not sure why...
New development, nicely done, quality finishes and a large terrace. Very comfortable bed and very nice bathroom.

The shower is not physically divided from the room. There is no partition wall and the steam comes directly into the room.
The room was very clean, comfortable and very modern. Everything was new. They cleaned our room every day. The staff was wonderful and helpful. All the appliances were brand new and hi-tec. Highly recommended!

There is a mold smell in the rooms. Unfortunately, we ran out of water for few hours one day and it seems this is known to be comun in peek season (August). That night we had to go outside without having a shower after a beach day, which wasn't pleasant at all.
New building with pretty small rooms, but clean and with comfortable beds. The shower is separate from the toilet which I find it useful. Accomodation is 20 min walk distance by city center which was ok for us. Overall we had a nice stay.

It is very odd that the sink and shower are part of the room, located directly in the hallway. I takes some getting used to. :)
Clean, modern, nice staff, good location - near the wide beach areas and still close to the Paralia center.

The bed was extremely comfortable. Clean room, and very nice people. Only thing to note for anyone who isn’t traveling alone is that the shower and the sink in my room were “part of the room”, and only the WC was separate, so it would be ideal for people traveling alone or couples.

Everything is awesome, the apartments are nice and comfortable, on a great and quite location, yet not too far from the beach and local attractions. Great and friendly owners were always there for us.

Consider some shade on the balconies, it is impossible to drink coffee outside in the morning.
Everything was more than perfect! This hotel is a little gem - cleanliness, tranquility, friendly host, parking space, room amenities, netflix, comfortable mattresses and pillows. Every detail has been thought of. This hotel is not for 10, but for 100 points. Thank you for making our vacation so relaxing! See you next summer!
