Amazing location, Maragarita the host was very welcoming

My only concern with the villa was the spiral stair case between the floors which isn't ideal for elderly, small children or disabled people, so just consider this if your booking. However there is also an external staircase which is safer for getting up and down between the floors.

Beautiful Villa and pool area with amazing views all around. In a perfect location, 2 minute walk to good size supermarket and 5 minute walk to Kamari's beachfront with a huge selection of both trendy bars and restaurants as well as traditional Greek Tavernas. The owners / hosts live on the grounds of the villa, they were attentive but not intrusive and a lovely friendly couple. They even arranged for us to stay at their sister hotel for a small fee on our last day as we had a late returning flight to the UK. We also had a delicious home made chocolate cake made for us off the lady during our stay and assistance with taxi transfers. We hired a car for a couple of days for around 120 euros and got to visit the beautiful and popular towns of Fira and Oia as well as the less well known Pygros and Imerovigli all of which offered amazing views and photo opportunities!

The villa was beautiful with amazing views and a fantastic pool. It was spotlessly clean and cleaned daily plenty of towels and nice toiletries provided. A bowl of fruit, bottled water and some beers were in the fridge when we arrived. Margarita even baked us a lovely cake. Margarita and Gregory were very friendly hosts who helped us to hire a car and recommended places to visit (nowhere is that far away on Santorini!) and we felt welcomed and able to get the most out of our stay on the island. Kamari is a nice place to base yourself for seeing the sights including Oia, Fira and Akrotiri.

The owners/hosts, of course Margarita are absolutely wonderful. They make everything just incredible, helpful with basically anything you could need on the island. The breakfast is delicious, the pool and rooms are perfectly kept and clean, and had tons of space for our family of 5 plus baby. The location is great too if you want to be pretty central on the island and also walking distance to one of the better beaches.

We absolutely loved our 3-night stay at Felicity Villas, and only wish it was much longer! Everything was as described, including our lovely, gracious, and super nice hosts, Margarita & Gregory. The villa is perfectly located in Kamari, with the Black Beach and lots of restaurants, shops, and a supermarket within a very short walking distance. The property is immaculately maintained. Loved the daily clean up service, the picturesque pool, the clean and spacious kitchen/living room, the two balconies with amazing views, the well appointed bedrooms, the bathrooms, and Margarita’s delicious cake. Margarita arranged for a full day excursion around the island for us, which was very helpful and convenient. THANK YOU!

Everything was perfect.

Fabulous property in a great location. There were 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There were 3 balconies. Everything was spotlessly clean. Lovely pool at the villa. The owners are really lovely and made us very comfortable. They even baked a cake for us which was so lovely!

The property was 5 star in every way. The villa was immaculate and the host were so welcoming. The Villa was furnished to a very height standard. With 2 double rooms with en suites and a single room. Housekeeping came in every day with fresh towels and beds were changed every other day. The villa has 3 balconies which were all very spacious and furnished, the property had a full size kitchen with dishwasher and a washing machine.The swimming pool is very large and clean. The property is within walking distance to loads of great restaurants and bars, also the bus stop is at the end of the road. Having spent 7 nights at the villa I will very sad to leave. The host Margarita and Gregory made us a beautiful cake and stocked the fridge with milk,water, coke for our arrival. 5 stars are not enough for this holiday villa it’s been absolutely wonderful.

Breakfast was amazing, so much choice and very tasty, the host even baked us cakes which were divine. Well worth the 9 euros pp.

We absolutely loved everything about this villa, the villa itself is incredible and has everything you need and more. It was beautiful and clean and has stunning sea views. The villa is located within a five minutes of plenty of restaurants and supermarket, bars, sea views, bus stops but once inside the grounds is very quiet and relaxing. The host were the most gorgeous couple that are very kind, thoughtful and helpful. They were there to help with bookings for trips and anything we needed but without being intrusive, they really were delightful.. we will definitely return.

Spacious, immaculately clean, well-maintained and the owners are very accommodating, pleasant and caring! Housekeeping service is top, villa is very well located, 5 minutes away from all Kamari Beach restaurant scene, 1 minute away from supermarket if needed. (walking distance) Private parking if you have rented a car. You will have a worry free holiday there in a spectacular setting with views over the sea and mountains!

The location is fabulous, 2 minutes to the seafront and bars and restaurants and next to a super market. The villas are well appointed and comfortable and the pool is really well sized for the villas. lots of showers and bathrooms The hosts are really friendly and helped us with any needs we have including taxis. there were some nice surprises along the way with beer in the fridge and the best chocolate cake I’ve tasted all left by the owners. There was a cleaner every day who was lovely I can’t wait to stay again
