The receptionist was incredibly, she went above and beyond. She makes the world a better place. She treated us with respect and always was present and willing to help us. We loved her. Manos was super nice and kind, thank you for the ride, everything was amazing!

everything went fine for me. the reception open at 9 am so if you arrive earlier you van reach the manager by whatsapp. for the view, the ocean is not near by, but you still have the view.

the views, the sunrise, the location 6min walking from the local bus, 2min from centre!! the staff is very nice and helpful.

For me, too low down, no view. No way to get fresh air into the room, without being on show to anyone walking by, due to the shutter location. RmThough recently refurbished, I didn't understand why the shutter system had been provided to the inside, which meant no way to allow natural adjustable outside light with free flowing air, without the whole window opening which included, the shutter being open so anyone walking by could see in ie no privacy. An outside shutter system would have been better. They do look fantastic, however not practical and in the summer, would be very hot, though there is an air-conditioning unit, which you would definitely need on. A few more useable hooks in the bathroom would go down well. Storage decent, better in our first room. No where really to store/locate your travel suitcase.

Great location, overlooking the east coast. We stayed 5 nights earlier in our holiday in a room on the first floor and came back for 2 more nights, this was a different room, down by the poolside. The room has lovely features, clean spacious, tv on wall, good bathroom etc etc. Well light, in fact almost too well lit, as we could not get a low light, when one wanted to sleep and another to carry on reading. Perhaps a small low lit side lamp could be provided. This room had a view of the pool, great for people with children, too low for a view of the sea.

It was difficult to get the water in the shower to stay flowing from the main head vs the handset. Once we got it to stay, the water pressure was good.

The location of the room was excellent. Very close to the caldera, restaurants and bars but far enough that it was quiet. The view from our room was lovely. The staff were also very polite and friendly.

If you have walking difficulties, this may not be suitable for you. Steps up to the reception and upto the rooms and down to the poolside or down to poolside rooms. .

Beautifully renovated rooms, very crisp and elegant decor, beds comfortable, bathrooms excellent, very clean, outside space kept immaculately clean too (pool and surrounding area), padded sunbeds too. Small fridge in room. Safe. Hairdryer. Pod Illy coffee machine. Staff friendly and helpful. Uphill is the way to the caldera (west coast) and the centre of Fira, you have views to the East coast sea...best of both worlds, once you get your bearings....also the bus depot is close by for easy access across the island.

The pool was freezing, and the jacuzzi wasn't warm at all. Also, a word of warning, the showers don't have doors so water get everywhere. It was also a bit of a hike (5-7 minutes uphill) to get to the edge of the downtown area. Despite these things, I would still stay here again!

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was fabulous and it was clean, comfortable, and gorgeous. Overall, for what we paid, we felt like we got a great deal!

It’s a shame it doesn’t have a bar/catering, but you’re so close to all the restaurants and cafes that it quickly stops being a problem!

Great base for exploring and as a stop over between ferry trips. Rooms were well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Reception staff extremely helpful in organising transfers. Late checkout a bonus!

Location is perfect. Close to the Fira’s life, 3 min walking. Staff really helpful and kind. Loved them. They explain about the island, car and atv rental and transfers. Nice swimming pool and sunrise view.
