The staff were incredible! So attentive and helpful. When we arrived we were greeted very well and given tips about the best things to do on the island. Everything was seamless. Amazing view. Amazing pool and facilities, great breaky- couldn’t fault it

I had a small child with me, so the bus didn't come on time and it was difficult to get to the city center. It's good to have a rental car for small children.

The view is great, the staff is great. The rooms are clean and the amenities are complete. It's perfect. The restaurant next door was the best we had in Santorini, so we went there twice for dinner. It's also great that the bus stop is right in front of us.

Maybe could be a suggest during the winter closure , maybe was just in our room , please put some Hangers in the bathroom, while no chance to put bath towels somewhere.

Amazing place , everything according description ! -Hotel & Bar/Restaurant staff professional and high quality. - use of the pool without time limit - nice sunset from hotel without stress to go somewhere after a nice day around the island - day of the check out you can stay and enjoy the pool waiting your transfer to Harbor or Airport - reception staff really helpful to organize rent / info etc.

Everything was perfect!

Stunning hotel with amazing views! Room was very comfortable and clean, with an amazing private pool. Breakfast served at restaurant or in private pool area, very charming! Staff were amazing! They even helped us renting a car (which we highly recommend to visit the island and its beaches.

The hotel location is perfect. Every corner has a stunning view and the staff are the iceing on the cake. They are so kind and nothing is ever too much trouble. The food in the edge is world glass. Gorgeous George and his team run a mega operation… have the pistachio squid! I would recommend this location over all others on the island it still feels authentic, the views are amazing and the atmosphere is tranquil

Swimming pool a bit small but sufficient to refresh yourselves and make photos. If windy weather there is no shade for the sunbeds. Sometime outside there was a bad smell (one evening I could not stay on the balcony due to this).

The view, the staff, the cleanness, the Edge restaurant. We had a basic room, a but small to open suitcases despite 20sq mt. But very clean, well designed , and with a small balcony with a nice view.

Everything was top notch, this could be one of the best experiences I’ve ever had, big thanks to jenny the receptionist, she took good care of us and made sure that everything we needed nothing, as a matter of fact the whole staff were amazing, i left with a big smile, definitely coming back again.

Wish we could have had a room with a view.

The staff was exceptional and the view from the swimming pool and dining area was amazing, especially during sunset. Natalia and Jenny were friendly and helpful from beginning to end. They even packed me and my son breakfast because we had an early flight. Dining staff were also great. Thank you!!

It’s a little off the beaten path but honestly my husband and I loved that fact. You will need to either rent a car or we rented an ATV. We also got taxi’s or transfers as they call them.

Obsessed with this hotel! The staff: Natalia, Ellie, George, and Paris were absolutely fantastic! We had a room with our own pool. Get the breakfast to your room. It’s wonderful. The edge restaurant was also excellent food. We made friends with George who would give us wine recommendations when we went back to our room. I couldn’t ask for a better experience and honeymoon. Book this place immediately!

Lovely comfortable rooms - have stayed in several different ones over the years and all have comfortable beds and good showers. The superior rooms have bigger beds and more space, better views but the standard rooms are very good. Complimentary wine and fruit in the room, good toiletries. The staff are helpful and kind and welcoming. The restaurant is very good and has a beautiful view. It’s a great choice! And it is peaceful in Akrotiri.

We stayed here for 3 nights in the last week of June. The stay was exceptional and the staff was great. We had our own private plunge pool with an amazing view of the Caldera, the island cliffs and the sunset. We saw the sunset from outside our room, why go anywhere else on the island. Beat the crowds and enjoy it from outside your room. The breakfast was awesome. Healthy and tasty choices with great service.

The Edge restaurant presents an unforgettable culinary experience, complemented by a breathtaking sunset that adds to the splendor of its delectable menu. A small suggestion for improvement would be for the approachable yet reserved hotel owner to take a more proactive approach in greeting guests, fostering a more personal connection that reflects the overall amiable atmosphere of the hotel. This minor adjustment could elevate the already charming experience at Hotel Goulielmos, making it not just a stay, but a memorable encounter with the heart of hospitality. Should I have the opportunity to return to Santorini, I would definitely choose this hotel again.

The location of the hotel was very beautiful, and it was a 10-minute walk from the town. The staff was very tentative and helpful. I would have preferred the room with a view, which was there maybe because we checked in later on the day, that is the reason for the room we had.
