Beautiful clean & comfortable apartment in a great location close to the harbour and all shops and restaurants. The hosts are very helpful and friendly they gave us tips on best.places to.visit, and a very pleasant welcome and generous welcome pack.

Very difficult to describe how good this apartment is. It’s clean, spacious, ultra modern with everything you need and more. Short walk to harbour with restaurants and bars, private parking. The host was very helpful, offering good suggestions for trips out.

We liked everything. There you can find more than everything what could be needed. Everything is new and clean, A alot of variety for the breakfast, good quality. The appartment is very comfortable, great location, with a parking place next to the lift. (parking place little narrow as the neighbour parked his car without care for our parking place, so we had to negotiate with other neighbour)) The host was very kind and helpful.

This place was amazing and the host really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The apartment is modern and stylish, it has all the amenities you need. Most importantly it has a private parking, which for us was very important as we travelled by car with a baby and it was so convenient to have the car just next to the building's front door. Further on, the apartment was very clean and we were positively surprised from two things: in the bathroom not only we had shampoos and shower gels but also so many others hygiene products that one might need. Another thing was that the host provided us with food and coffee and juice for breakfast. This was amazing really. Otherwise, the apartment is very close to the city center and there are two big markets just around the corner. The host was helpful and very nice. It was so easy to contact her and receive advise or recommendation when needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that visits Volos.

A floor lower than us it was a party with some teenagers, so it wasnt very quiet, but it`s not something you can control. They were tourist like us, but they made a lot of noise...

The lady waited for us in front of the building. The apartment was very nice, modern and very clean. You can wash your clothes while enjoying a movie on netflix. We had juices and fruits in the fridge.

Beautiful spacy apartment, close to the center, has a private parking space. The bathroom is big, there is a washing machine. The terrace is big and beautiful. There is a welcome drink on the table, fruits in the fridge, etc.. The host was waiting for us with a smile. The experience surpassed my expectations. Will come back again, I already have a reservation for next week: :-)

Everything was perfect.

Grey Swan is probably the best equipped apartment we have ever stayed in. And, even if you miss something, fantastic hosts would provide it to you. Everything is brand new and the place is spotlessly clean. You will be greeted with tea,coffee and traditional Greek food for breakfast. So, just come there and enjoy!

Regret we didn't choose to spend more time here.

One of the best accommodations I've had so far in Greece. The apartment is new, the facilities are top notch and in abundance. The care for the guests can be seen in detail. Even though I had everything necessary for personal hygiene in my luggage, I found here two toothbrushes and toothpaste, cosmetics, bathrobes, disposable slippers specific to +4 star hotels. There was no lack of fruit, water, wine. Capsule or ground coffee, tea and related appliances. Of course, I had all this in my own luggage, but how beautiful it is when someone thinks in this way about hospitality. Quiet, very close to the center (10 min walk), private parking, elevator. Huge terrace in the livingroom plus a cool balcony in the bedroom. The host is friendly and offers a lot of confidence. A wonderful woman. Sorry we only used this location for one night. Many here say they will return. Unfortunately, I know for sure that, in our case, it will not happen. And this time I'm really sorry to say it. Because we really wanted to come back. Exceptional! Wonderful!

The Apartment was absolutely wonderful! Beautifuly furnished, perfectly equipped in all what you could imagine that you may need - full breakfast products in the fridge, sweets, drinks, bottle of wine, coffee maker with capsules.. Bathroom with all necessary staff, and wash&dry mashine, which was very helpful for our family after one week stay on Alonissos. It was comfortable and quiet - perfect rest for our family. The owner was lovely and extremely helpful. The best option in Volos when you want to feel like home.
