The hotel is comfortable, clean and in a great location, with plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the staff. From the helpful and welcoming reception team to the incredibly welcoming restaurant staff, everyone made the experience truly enjoyable!

Beautifully clean hotel right in the centre of Athens- walkable to all the sightseeing spots. Staff at reception and breakfast were great. Only issues we had was housekeeping, we stayed for two nights and our room wasn’t cleaned after the first night. Also the shower (which had great pressure) caused the bathroom floor to when used for a longer shower.

There is no wardrobe, just some small shelves. Air conditioner control is not easy and not accurate. The pillows were not comfortable for us. There is no pillows menu in a 5-star hotel.

The hotel location is great, very central, close to the metro. The shower in the bathroom is very pleasant. Good choice for breakfast, friendly staff. We asked for the late check-out and got it for the reasonable price of 60 Euros.

Wardrobe a little not comfortable. No shelves to put things that don't need to be hang, but we managed :)

Location near the metro station and many tourist points, shops, eating and drinking places (also a little noisy, but what you expect in the heart of tourist zone? Closing the windows helps to reduce the noise almost completely). The room, especially the shower(!) with high ceiling and the big shower head with possibility for hard-failing or rain-nice-failing water fall :) Tea/coffee in the room. Clean. Comfortable beds and sofa. Excellent breakfast (both European and Greece dishes). Helpful and very nice staff. We were on my birthday (we didn't inform the hotel, but they new it from our booking info). We were complimented by delicious cake and good vine. Good noise proofing

It"s something you should improve or pre explain before order. We booked a room with breakfast and dinner. We were surprised that the dinner wasn't an open boffeh and we shouod choose from 2 or three options. The food was delecious and served in an amazing way, but you shoud add posibilities and explain that the dinner is served this way. Goodluck

There is little attention to details. Our welcome note was on the wrong name, and for a 5-star hotel we found the equipment quite cheap (toilet paper, toiletries, slippers, hairdryer…). Breakfast was not impressive - focussed on quantity over quality. At checkout we were charged for a bottle of water, which was very strange given the price we paid for our stay.

The location is great, the hotel is new and built around connected objects (lights, doors, curtains, even toilets), which makes the experience fun. The Agora Suite is a beautiful room.

I would definitely recommend a more black out shutters as the light can still get in the room in the morning. Also rooms do not have balconies and we couldn’t see anything from our windows other than a building.

Location was the best part of the hotel! Room was fully renovated with smart technology, lights and bathroom. Bed was super comfortable although there weren’t a lot of options on the pillows. Our room also had a spacious couch which was very modern and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of options and there were changes in the breakfast menu so we had plenty of options to eat in the morning.

I am a person who likes to spread out, especially for stays over more than a few nights. For this reason, I opted to upgrade to a bigger room when I booked, and it was perfect.

The location is superb! Somehow you’re right in the middle of a very cool and central street, but it is quiet so you can rest when you want (even a midday nap). The facilities were squeaky clean, and the room allows you to use buttons to indicate when you are ready to have the room serviced. I had plenty of toiletries and towels always ready. The staff was so helpful and nice, offering to book a taxi to the airport and lending me an umbrella on a rainy day. The breakfast was very nice, and overall, I just can’t recommend this place enough!

Can’t think of anything really? We had a couple of very chilly days but it is winter!

Fantastic location, lively and very central. Hotel staff were very welcoming and professional. The rooms were immaculately clean and well Put together, lovely bathrooms! Breakfasts were outstanding! Great food and so much variety. All in all a wonderful stay. We recommend Tailor Made if you’re really into coffee! On the same street as Hellenic Vibes.

Parking here can be tricky, there's a drop off area, but it can be busy and you might need to wait, but in general its empty, just ensure you inform the staff and they will accommodate as they are very friendly

Room 107 bed was not good! The mattress was either broken or too soft, so you could easily fall if you were close to the boundaries or trying to rise up.

The hotel location is excellent in the middle of everything, Staff and facilities are fine for hotels at that level in Europe (Greece)
