Location was the best. We were able to walk to all the major attractions. And the breakfast that was included was fantastic.

Lovely hotel, great location and quiet rooms. I had booked a twin room on booking.com but on arrival had been allocated a double. Apparently the request was subject to availability. Staff went out of their way to find a solution (a bolster in the bed and two single duvets). Slept well.

The breakfast was lovely but we would have liked some very hot English breakfast tea and fresh milk. We had some lovely juice and waters instead.

Just a lovely small hotel. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean, showers are amazing and beds are really comfortable. We had a view of the Acropolis. Centrally located we were able to walk out and immediate be close to shops, restaurants and historic sites. Highly recommend.

Air conditioning kept increasing the temperature. It got quite warm at one point and I had to keep calling the front desk desk (3 times in my overnight stay) to reset the system. Also, they collected the 4 euro tax as I was walking to my taxi upon departure. Apparently I could only pay in cash and could not add it to the card I had given to pay for the room. It felt shady.

Great view of the acropolis from my room although the price paid was premium for the hotel. Great breakfast in interior restaurant. Close proximity to many attractions and subway.

The room is a bit small but it certainly could be due to the limited space at the prime location.

There were some lights outside the windows and the curtains were not very lightproof. It was a bit difficult to fall asleep at night.

Love the location and the room size. Easy to reach historic sites, bars, restaurants and shops by foot. The room was new and there were enough surfaces to lay my stuff out. They had lots of choices at breakfast and the lady in the restaurant was nice and helpful. I love the coffee and greek yogurt: I had them every morning! Good value for money.

We loved everything about this hotel: location is excellent and walking distance for all the bars, restaurants and touristic sights. Rooms are clean and super modern, great amenities (waterfall shower), awesome breakfast. Staff is very helpful and accommodating.

Maybe the emphasys on design was at the cost of less simplicity. It took me about a minute to figure out how to opetate the (excellent!) shower, and I'm not sure I figured out how to operate the air conditioning. An old fashioned remote would have been welcome.

Nice, clean, new, beautifully designed room, courtesy coffee capsules and tea. Very close to the Acropolis. Helpful staff; very good breskfast.

The "SMART" part of the hotel was a little confusing. I think if it was something we had used before it might have been easier. How to set temperature in room was a little bit confusing. My siblings in the 3 other rooms we had rented were a little confused by it as well. Loved the bidet in balcony room we had chosen to stay in but it had as many buttons on it as a TV remote control. The maid didn't know how to operate it either. It would open and close on its own when we weren't even in the bathroom. It gave us something to laugh at because we determined it had a mind of its own. We did use the basic operations of the bidet but didn't know what the other buttons were for. We come from the U.S.A. and bidets are something we are not used to using.

Breakfast was amazing. We were catered to with service and some of the friendliest staff and people that we had met in Athens. The location was excellent. Our view from our balcony far exceeded our expectations.

Sometimes the app was too complicated to simply open and shut the blinds.

The suite was very spacious with a huge bathroom with a spa and enormous shower. The hotel app allowed you to control everything from your phone

The bed was more like a couch. I expected at least a queen bed. My room (101) was adjacent. It had a door to somebody else's room. It was locked but still, can hear noise from the neighboring room if they watch TV.

The staff is amazing! They helped with all my requests. The food was tasty. Clean bathroom with the necessary supplies. The location is close to all the main points of interest and very close to metro. You can take a metro from the airport directly to the hotel area (45 min, 9 euros). If you arrive early or want to explore after the checkout, they allow to store the luggage for free. Very convenient
