Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SingaporeNo lift for family rooms with two flights of stairs. Rooms are slightly on darker side but this might be the style. Nothing bad about it for us.
First thing first, the balcony & the view was superb and just amazing!!! Exactly as shown in photos. We had 2x nights stay at family room in end of May. Room is spacious, quiet and bed/ pillows are comfortable. Traditional older style room & toilet but all functional & clean. Breakfast was adequate. Staffs are nice. Easy to park car in front of hotel along the main road. Walking distance to archeological sites. Cafes/ supermarkets/restaurants are just beside. We thoroughly enjoy our stay. Thank you.

The staff was very welcoming, kind and accommodated all our requests. The room was very clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony (we had a double room with sea view) was really beautiful and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with local fresh food.

GreeceStreet view room had noise from the bar in the opposite building and its patrons late at night. It wasn't unbearable for us but if you like quiet you might want to choose a mountain view room.
Convenient location, close to nice restaurants and not too far from where there's parking space. Wonderful view in the back. Nice rooms and common areas, beautifully decorated, clean and warm. Good breakfast.

LatviaThe rooms are very spacious. The styling is simple but gives off real vintage vibes. The balcony alone is larger than the usual hotel rooms. The swimming pool is shielded from the winds and pretty nice. The locatuons is a short walking distance from the local center, beach and has good selection of dining places and grocery shops. The beach side has one of the best childrens playgrounds we had seen in the whole of Greece

United StatesWe had to ask for hot water to be “turned on” in afternoon; AC remote control stopped working (batteries dead); sometimes no one at desk who spoke English so we could ask for information.
Excellent location in center of village, overlooking majestic view, balcony, good breakfast.

IrelandJust one tiny thing... there was only one chair and no table on our balcony but when we asked were given a second chair. There were 2 upholstered chairs in the room but as the weather was unpredictable, we didn't want to risk them getting wet.
The view! Priceless..we had a lovely spacious room with a balcony looking over the valley. Big bathroom with a bath. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a very good buffet.in a lovely sunny room and an amazing view.

GreeceI can’t think of anything I didn’t like. It meant all my expectations.
Love this hotel. It was a classic old style great value for the money hotel. Everyone that worked there was extremely accommodating, polite and answered all of my questions. The breakfast was more than ample. Everything from fruit to local Greek breakfast to simple cereal. Good coffee too! Everyone had a chance to get anything they wanted out of that meal. Our room had an incredible view over the valley and the sunsets were stunning. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Delphi. It’s a quiet town and worth the visit. Out of the three weeks that I was in Greece this was my favorite place

United StatesParking: the issue, although not particular to this hotel, was pretty severe. I had to park our chariot away from our hotel - out of town exactly. If the town wants to increase tourist revenue, it must deal with the parking disaster.
The location near everything was wonderful, and clean. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The views from.oyr room were stunning.
