We arrived late in the evening after a long drive and did not anticipate that the hotel reception was not open 24/7. We opted out for a stay in a hotel instead of an apartment, since we could not predict our possible arrival. For the sake of truth, the limited check-in hours were written down in the booking details, but we took the 24/7 hotel reception as granted. The rooms were not too fresh - could use some renovation. Delfi overall was very crowded and noisy. The same could be said about our hotel as it was fully booked and there seemed to be several parallel parties or preparations for parties going on. As we had planned to visit ancient Delfi with our children in the next morning, nightlife was not part of our plans.

The drive to Delfi is stunning. Beautiful views from the hotel room windows, if you opt out to mountain view rooms. The view from the breakfast terrace was even more spectacular. The hotel seemed to be in the centre of the city and it had some old charm left.

Lovely family run hotel. Absolutely beautiful views of the mountains and nearby bay. The hotel was very quiet so we had a great sleep plus it was in close proximity to lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our one night stay at the Hermes Hotel during our visit to Delphi. The rooms were very comfortable with a beautiful view of the sea. There is an elevator which was helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of options. The back patio is the perfect place to watch the sunset. The front desk recommended the restaurant Phivos a few doors down which was really good, also with a beautiful view. Parking is very limited so if you get a spot then I would recommend not moving your car. The archaeological site is walkable from the hotel. Very cute town to walk around in the evening.

I booked and paid for the room with a sea view but the hotel provided me a room with a wall view (photo attached). When i ask on the reception to change my room i received an answer that the hotel doesn't have another room and if i don't like it i may go away but they will not refund my money that i paid. The hotel manager Ms Droserou Arhontula was very rude. She was screaming on me and my child and keep repeating that if we don't like her hotel we may go away . She did not even try to solve this problem. This was the worst hotel experience in my life ever. If you want to have nice vacation without nervous keep away from this hotel !

The property has seen better days. The bed is unconfortable and the room needs to be upgraded. The shower needs instructions to use- water only came through one side hall. No kettle for boiling water for tea/coffee.

The deluxe room is very basic. we are used to standard Greek fittings and interiors, however for the price of this hotel it offers very basic amenities. The main issues being: No floor rugs or mats and the radiator does not work. Given the age of the air con and the mouldy inside of fridge, we were hesitant to use during the cooler, drizzly weather. The room temp would likely be fine in summer but it’s been a cold spring currently. The bed kept moving away from the wall so we kept losing pillows in the gap, and only a very old fur blanket that was folded in cupboard. The bed sheets were clean but the bed itself smelt musty and the brocade bedspread seemed and smelt unwashed for a lengthy time. Same for the curtains. We checked out early and moved on due to the room just not feeling clean and comfortable for cool drizzly weather.

The location is great for walking to the ruins and the rooms at back of hotel have some stunning views. The staff are friendly and personable and the Reservations Manager kindly found a kettle and cups for us. The bathroom is clean and a small balcony looking over to the Gulf.
