Some of the areas of the hotel need updating. Our bathroom definitely needs an update. The bath had no bath plug and the shower was very old.

The staff are very warm and welcoming and work very hard to make your stay enjoyable. We had the best room with a jacuzzi tub on the balcony. The breakfast is amazing with so much choice and the dining area is lovely by the pool I have stayed in many hotels in Santorini and this was one of my favourite...would stay here again.

Nice spacious rooms, nice bathrooms. The grounds and Pool areas are beautiful. Walking distance to Black sand beach, close to market, bars restaurants. Staff very accommodating. Breakfast Buffet excellent, was included in our room price. I would recommend this hotel.

The jacuzzi just have a normal water temperature. I prefer wo have it warmer as I travel on October. But not a big deal

The location is 5 minutes to the beach, 8 minutes bus stop, walking distance to bars, restaurants and supermarket. Fira just 10 minutes.away.by bus and 30 minutes to Oia. The housekeeping regularly change the towel and clean the bedroom. Breakfast was wonderful staffs are helpful and friendly. Lovely pool and garden. Takes 10 minutes to airport but we barely hear the flight at night. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay at kamari / santorini!!!! Heaven

There was no tea/ coffee facilities in the room. Also jacuzzi was cold, probably to cold for this time of year.

The only problem I had was that the Internet was very poorly in the room where I was..

I like the environment, I felt like I was at home. The breakfast was great, and my daughter loved the pools. I love that we were close to the beach, restaurant and shops was also happy that the hotel could recommend taxi for us as well. I feel very happy.

We wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a perfect stay at Hermes. The hotel has a modern boho feel about it. The staff have all been super friendly and polite. The room was spacious and well equipped. The bed was huge and so comfortable. The shower was a good size compared to many others. The little balcony was great. The pool was chilly and perfect to cool off in. The pool area includes a variety of different seating options. There is an outdoor bar by the pool. We had breakfast which was a buffet style with lots of choice. We also ate lunch in the outdoor seating area, the food was delicious. The hotel is perfectly located, just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a wide range of restaurants across the sea front.

- Jetted tube doesn't have heating that was a big minus, because you usually wanna take at the evening. - There was no bathrobe and slippers provided, take it into account. - Wifi was very slow, so you should use your own roaming data while in the room. - Room wasn't protected in any way from the noise of the airplanes. - Water, tea or coffee are not provided in the room, while in other 4 star hotels that was a norm.

- Room was big and clean, with the ability to use jetted tube, and a separate balcony was really nice. - Pool was clean and big enough for comfort swimming. - There was no kids, so it was kinda quite and comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious and had enough variety of food. - AC was good enough to have enough comfort in the sunny day. - Every stuff was friendly and smily.

I can’t think of anything that would affect negatively on our stay and all my family claimed the same. Twelve people said the same, that they absolutely loved the hotel and staff.

Bathroom was quite old and needs to be renewed. No fresh water in the room every day. No pick up service from airport. We had to walk almost an hour on not very good road but it’s possible. Otherwise you have to pay 30 euros.

Closeness to the see, good breakfast, very clean, bus connection to Fira (20 min), friendly personal.

I'm not a big fan of shower curtains as it is harder to clean, however this is personal preference.

My mum and I loved this hotel, she was incredible amazed by the attention to detail with the exterior architecture to our room which was clean, cool and modern. The staff were incredibly, friendly, helpful and always had a smile. The amenities provided were all olive oil based, a nice touch given we are in Santorini. The location is about a 10 min walk straight down from the hotel and the journey to get there is beautiful to look at. I would say it was quite quiet, not too busy with people in the hotel.

The hotel's location was also ideal, situated conveniently close to the seaside and transportation making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Despite its central location, the hotel was a quiet oasis, perfect for a restful retreat. I really enjoyed my stay there. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring I had a wonderful stay. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. Plenty of visitors looked happy in Kamari but be warned the beach is volcanic and stoney. You would need to pack plastic beach shoes to get in the sea without hopping about ! We chose the hotel pool which was lovely. There was nothing about the hotel we didn't like. It was a great find.

Fantastic small family run hotel 5 mins from busy beach promenade with over 20 bars restaurants selling beach sunbeds etc. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of being on a quiet street behind the action. Hotel is modern, very clean, has two pool areas and a delicious breakfast buffet included in the room rate. Reception could not have been more helpful they provided beach towels, ordered taxis to Oia and the airport. Our room was small with a tiled shower room and working aircon, mini fridge and small balcony. It was clean and functional. I'm sure they do have better, bigger rooms but for one night it was a good find at a good price. Minutes from the airport. Plenty of families here too with happy kids in the pool. We would go back if we wanted this beach area Kamari rather than historic Fira or Oia.

Bathroom was a little dark and could do with the same level of renovation as the rest of the room but nothing that affected our stay. Jacuzzi on the balcony was a lovely addition but on the first afternoon it turned our skin green, however this was quickly sorted by the staff and the next day it was fine.

Staff were wonderful, location was perfect, nice small unit which felt intimate but quite a large property for the area really. Breakfast was beautiful each day, sun loungers by the pool always available without getting up stupid early.
