Relatively minor points that there was no full length mirror in the bedroom and not enough hooks in the bathroom; minor improvements for hotel to consider. Very uphill walk from Port to Hotel approximately 10 minutes or alternatively around €10 for taxi back.

Decor, cleanliness, excellent view, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast and surroundings, complimentary airport transfer, complimentary shuttle service to port in the evenings.

Wonderful location, with an amazing view of the sunset! Great value for the money, the hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful and accommodating! Very good breakfast with a rich variety to choose from! Will definitely come back!

Would be nice if bathroom has sliding glass door to prevent water spraying while using rain shower head. It has glass door covering only a quarter of the shower area and it’s spraying water thus making slippery floor.

Everything was perfect!

My room was stunning with a beautiful view of the sea and a very nice balcony. The staff are all extraordinary and helpful, the common spaces are truly memorable. Breakfast was perfect in every regard; the evening shuttle service was thoughtful and saved us many steps! The pool area is equally well thought out and quite beautiful.

Traffic noise, but you will get used to it. There are good windows to keep the noise out. Breakfast room is nice but not so calm if there are many people. Some acoustic boards would help to make the sounds softer.That is why we preferred eat breakfast outside, but there are not many tables.

Amazing view, cosy pool area and refreshing swimming water, nice and fresh interiors, spacious room, excellent beds and bedding, pleasant and genuine service. It was nice experience visiting hotel where personal can be themselves and there is nothing pretentious about anything. The athmosphere is peaceful and personel has time to take care of your needs. Very good value and excellent home base to visit the island. We had an anniversary and the hotel made us feel special.

Great hotel with complimentary transfer from/to the port. The service was very nice and helpful. The room provided a wonderful view. Very clean and big enough for a stay of few days. The breakfast (buffet) was fresh and plentiful. It also offered egg dishes a la cart, which was a great idea and extremely well cooked. The only downside is that you need to walk lots of steps down/up the hill to the old city. At least, you have the option to take the free shuttle, which is only is available every hour starting with 6pm to 9pm.

Great location with fantastic views over the bay, including from the room terrace. Outstanding breakfast. The bed was superking and so comfortable, and the room was spacious, quiet and had everything you would need, including Nespresso machine. Friendly helpful staff, nice pool area with pool bar serving drinks, cocktails and food. would definitely return, highly recommended.

The morning coffee could have been stronger but that's just personal preference.

Location, staff, pool area, reception and room. All very clean and well maintained throughout. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The complimentary shuttle bus that collected us from the airport was very comfortable and we were greeted on arrival with no issues. Special thanks to Panos who remembered our coffee order each day and always ensured we were well looked after.....fabulous stay and would recommend!

Hermes Hotel is one of the most beautiful and luxurious hotels I've stayed at. Its location is ideal, offering stunning views of both the town and the sea. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the food is both delicious and hygienic, with a great variety at breakfast. The staff is very cooperative, and there's a complimentary airport shuttle service. The furniture is new, comfortable, and spotless, and the room is fully equipped with everything you need. Honestly, it was one of the best stays I've ever had.

Pool music WAY too loud for the type of clientele that stay at your hotel (40+)

Location of hotel and panoramic view from most parts of building was amazing. The shuttle service to and from the hotel was a really nice touch. Manos on reception was professional , helpful , friendly and as courteous as ever. He typifies Greek hospitality and nothing was too much trouble.

Location was so perfect that you get to see the picture perfect sea view with mykonos chora, windmill, old port. They also provide complimentary shuttle services to / from airport & sea port.

Beautiful views from this location. Nice clean hotel. Pretty steep walk from downtown of 15 minutes, but worth it. There is a hotel shuttle to and from the old port every hour from 18:00 until 22:00 if you want to avoid the hill.
