You can walk downhill to the town of Mykonos and the Old Port, but its too much to walk back up the long hill. You must take a taxi to go back up to the hotel.

Some rooms can be a little noisy due to the road. Our first room was amazing huge room but door opened to open area and could hear road. Staff were great and moved us to a room where the door was on to a corridor and quiet but a little smaller.

We had 3 wonder sea view rooms which overlooked the city with the sea beyond. The staff were amazing and so incredibly kind and helpful when my husband needed medical help. It’s a beautiful contemporary hotel with superb views.

For us it was great but if you have mobility problems it’s worth being aware that there are several staircases to navigate and that it is up the hill from the town this is why it has fabulous views but you can always take a €6 cab up to the hotel from the town if you prefer.

Beautiful interior design as soon as you walked in. Contemporary, fresh with fabulous views all the way through reception to the sea. Superb breakfast. Great choice and Al acarte. Rooms overlooking the sea with balconies. Swimming pool with views of Mykonos and the sea. Hotel located directly above the iconic windmills. Superb. 10 minutes walk from the centre of Mykonos.

Staff was nice and always available, the hotel beautiful, facilities are new or very well maintained. Breakfast was very good with a variety of food. Room was spacious, perfectly clean with a great view of the island. We really enjoyed our time in the pool. Free transfer from/to the airport included was greatly appreciated.

The only complaint I have is that this hotel will definitely raise my bar and I doubt others will live up to the expectations.

Well, it will be hard to put in words how amazing the experience was but let's try. The good surprises started when the hotel told us that a transfer from the port would be at our disposal for both arrival and departure. When we got there, we were amazed: the hotel itself had an large pool with an amazing view of the city. The view from our room was also really nice. The bed was by far the most comfortable bed I've ever slept. The breakfast was good with fresh ingredients and plenty of variety. Service provided by the staff was also very cordial and efficient. The hotel is also very close to Mykonos' downtown but it is far enough so it is not surrounded by any loud parties or bars, being a good option for those seeking a more relaxing experience at the island. Overall I could not reinforce more how much we liked Hermes and we totally recommend it for people seeking an awesome experience in Mykonos.

The only minor suggestion I would like to make is about the coffee availability. The coffee machine was unavailable, and the staff had to order all the coffee. Every morning the new guests looked confused while searching for it.

This boutique hotel has a very modern, eclectic design. Our rooms were upgraded to the city/sea view without extra costs. The city is within approximately a 15-20 minute walk (depending on how distracted you become with all the scenery). The breakfasts were delicious and the staff was very accomodating.

If your camera is on a ground floor, the terasses are next to each other, so not much of privacy while enjoying the outside.

Noisy road running by the hotel . No full length mirror in the room . Terrible light in a bathroom ,impossible to see yourself .

service was amazing, the pool area was very inviting even though the water was cold since it was late April, the room with the view was beautiful, and the entire interior and exterior were well maintained and very well decorated and calm. The breakfast was absolutely amazing.

The only thing to note was WiFi was a bit sketchy in the room.

This place is within 5-7 minutes of walking distance from the town. Excellent breakfast and the staff is really really nice. Rooms were kept very neat, well maintained. The hotel offers courtesy pickup and drop off from the port which was very nice of them to do. The front desk reception manager was very helpful and gave me a complete overview of what to do, where to go for food, and offered a lot of tips and advice which i greatly appreciated. I will come again and stay here if I ever visit Mykonos again.
