Room service wasn’t consistent in quality. And things like extra requested plates or milk for the coffee were repeatedly forgotten.

Traveled with a 2 year old and great property for traveling with kids. Big comfy crib with toddler bedding in our room upon arrival. Christmas gifts for our little and high chairs at the restaurant. Indoor pool was nice and helpful to wear out the toddler.

Breakfast was OK but value for money I would have expected more. Restaurant in general was expensive. Located close to the airport but far from everything else.

From getting greeted and have my luggage’s taken upstairs by concierge and his immaculant information to a beautifully arranged room that smelled cleanliness to a wonderful meal and amenities!!! Have nothing negative to say about the hotel and staff .They were all implacable!!!!Is all worth your money !!!

The surroundings, proximity to the airport, free transport to the airport and the city center. Great gym, inside pool, helpful staff. Excelent restaurant, amazing breakfast . Super comfortable bed.

The place is great once you arrive but location is quite a distance from city centre (close to airport). Road leading in is not well sign posted and in poor condition.

A little moisture in the bathroom.

The hotel's location is perfect and very comfortable. The noise from the airport is only from time to time and very limited. The parking is very big with a lot of spots as currently there're expanding it. The spots infront of the hotel are concierge maintained. The rooms are 25 years old however our room was very comfortable with noce size, with comfortable bed, all expected accessories form a 5 star hotel. Big bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. As we were with a 1 kilo yorkie our room was with direct access to the garden park. What about the garden - perfectly maintained park with different kind of trees and bushes, 2400 metres of a signed jogging path and many game facilities. A tennis courts are present. The swimming pool is a beautiful masterpiece with a lot of sunbeds and bar served. The restaurant at breakfast is without missing a thing. The menu for lunch and dinner is full with outstanding meals, no chance for a mistake. The personal is very professional, smiled and friendly. Direct transfer to/from the casino facilities. Highly recommended and hope to visit soon again.

Everything from the moment you arrive, the service, location, room and pool are excellent. Transfer to airport and city centre offered. Great place to stay and enjoy and treat yourself.

I loved everything, except that there were many hairs in the bed, which was a little disturbing. I have to pull back the sheets and clean it all before I could sleep in the bed.

Gorgeous and luxurious property. I loved that you have a full menu available until 1:00am.
