Your advertising emphasizes pool view but the reality is not worth mentioning. Develop the strengths of the hotel and advertise them.

Breakfast was good but could be much improved by having one of the staff available to cook eggs, bacon and such items that do not keep well in a bowl of oil.

The bathroom light was sensor, and there was no way to turn it off until it did it by itself. I wish there was a switch

We went there because it is a Spa hotel. However the Spa was full during our entire stay. Thursday evening until Sunday morning. It closes already at 5pm. Do not take me wrong - all else was fine. We were just a bid sad that we couldn't go.

Was very clean and friendly staff, Also they offer coffee and drinks of the mini bar in the room.

An exceptional hotel, beautiful, spacious room, very clean and everything impeccable. They upgraded us to a room with a balcony and sea view so we also had a beautiful view. Quality breakfast, with various options and very tasty. Very good location, in 5 minutes walk you can reach the port, the center anywhere. We could park the car on the street without any problems and it is free. Very friendly staff always. We had a car breakdown and the gentleman at the reception did everything he could to help us. I recommend the hotel and we will definitely stay again.

The hotel was immaculately clean and all the staff were really kind and helpful. Breakfast was generous and delicious. And the location was very convenient for exploring the old town. We had a wonderful stay and would like to visit again. I highly recommend it!

Staying was really amazing. Stuff was very lovely, helpful and professional. Hotel smells soo nicely. Room was very clean, has Netflix and YouTube subscriptions and fast room service via tablet. Definitely recommended and we will also come back for sure.

i booked this hotel on short notice because of the spa. unfortunately it was not possible to use it on the days of arrival and departure.

the room with 2 seperate spaces, the location close to center. the help of the reception. parking was very good unther the hotel.

in my room the was a mirror and because the curtains didnt completely block out all the light, a beam of light was reflected off the mirror and was right in my eyes so every time I wanted to rest (whether it was day or night) I had to put and raise this mirror. Maybe it was only in that specific room

Breakfast options could be more for vegetarians and vegans.

For the location to the staff, it was a perfect stay for us. We had an early check out, and they prepared a breakfast box for us. That was really sweet. We had some request and last minute cancellations (spa), that were well taken into consideration. We had a sea view room and it was magnificent.

Great hotel very close to the sea, port and old town. Fantastic location. Nice rooms decorated in a modern way. In the room there was a coffee machine, capsules, tea etc. In the fridge water, cold drinks, wine which was included in the price of the room. Towels changed every day and what surprised us the most was that there were bathrobes. The hotel also has a fantastic spa. The hotel is clean, modern, and pleasant with great service. very polite and professional ladies at the reception in the bar and restaurant and wonderful cleaning ladies. Everyone did their job professionally and were very nice, which made our stay really wonderful. Breakfast was delicious. Wide selection and everything tasty and fresh. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
