Great hotel and staff, rooms were very clean and spacious. Loved the welcome drinks and the complimentary drinks in the mini bar in our room. Thank you so much to all the staff who made our stay there so enjoyable you are all very friendly and approachable and made it so easy for us to just relax and enjoy our stay.

New and clean boutique hotel. Great location 10 to 15 minute walk to old town with shopping with food and bars, also 1 minute walk to the beach promenade with again food and drinks. The staff were amazing (and a shout out to Petros who works the breakfast buffet and bar great person). Get a ocean view room with balcony if available. Parking underground on site was tight but better than finding a parking space on the street. All in all fantastic place and would definitely stay there again if I was going to Chania Crete.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Hyperion Hotel. Our room was lovely and very well cleaned every day. Our sea view was divine and all services were excellent. The hotel is located in a quieter part of Chania and we enjoyed the short, scenic walk (15/20 mins) into Chania a couple of times each day. There’s a city beach 2 mins from the hotel which is great for a quick dip.

As a single mother on vacation with her kids, I didnt have to worry about anything at this hotel. The staff are amazing, caring and creative. They were even able to organize babysitting hours, so I could go for a swim by myself. The rooms are brilliant, waking up to the view of the sea is indescribable. The pool was very enjoyable and also the breakfast was very generous. Also the Location is perfect, its only a little walk to the city center. Looking forward to returning to Hyperion.

Overall recommendation (maybe we misunderstood) but we weren’t aware the use of the spa was paid perhaps this could be communicated more efficiently.

Overall outstanding experience. Staff was extremely kind and hospitable, best in Crete we’ve experienced. Unique that we were able to use all facilities while having checked out due to our late flight. Will definitely come back!

For us, in our room, nothing we were happy.. Although, a higher floor for better views, we were on floor 2 Would not have liked a smaller double room overlooking inner plunge pool area, as no privacy.

Really nice modern city hotel. Adjustable aircon temp. All floors lift access. We had a lovely spacious, clean and comfortable room with sea views. Large shower, plenty hot water. Tastefully decorated modern design. Described as a triple, with a large very comfy bed, choice of pillows & a good sized easy sofa chair. Outside private balcony with table & chairs. We liked the privacy of the wooden screen as against ones with open glass screen. Very friendly & welcoming staff especially Katerina on reception who gave us lots of info on places to visit & see all within walking distance, to the breakfast team & room cleaning ladies, everyone wants to help make your stay enjoyable. Booked for a weeks stay for our 40th WA we were greeted in our room with a lovely welcome gift of fruit & wine! The rooms are cleaned daily, towels changed and bed made up. Very welcome & appreciated was free coffee/tea plus bottled water, soft drinks & wine in the mini bar fridge all topped up daily for free. Nice toileteries also topped up daily. Breakfast is plentiful with lots of choice and indoor or outside dining. Hotel is ideally placed, minutes from the sea front walking right along to Chania's picturesque Venetian Port with spoilt for choice restaurants along the way perfect place to watch stunning sunsets. Charming old town narrow backstreets buzzing with more restaurants & shops, leading to centre of City. There's something here for everyone.

Breakfast is very good. The staff were so kind and prepared a breakfast box to takeaway since we had a superearly flight and we were going to miss the breakfast. Really recommended

Couldn’t fault this hotel - the location is great, a two minute walk from an unorganised beach perfect for a quick swim, and another few minutes walk takes you straight into the harbour. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by to choose from. Staff were absolutely brilliant, very polite and friendly, namely Katerina, Stefanos, Petros and Yanis who were always available to help in any way. Hotel extremely clean (cleaning lady was lovely - I’m sorry I don’t know her name) and breakfast was brilliant. 10/10 would stay again!
