Great hotel. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Location near to the beach, nice walk into the old town took just 15 minutes. Lovely buffet breakfast daily and evening meals had a good choice for everyone. Bar staff made great cocktails. Room had sea view and good facilities.

Excellent staff, friendly, professional and so helpful. Room a very good size and everything we needed was there. Buffet breakfast was lovely, there was a fantastic selection to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope i have the opportunity to return and spend longer in Chania.

Unfortunately we were on the first floor facing the street, so there was some noise at night. But it didn't keep us from sleeping. The price was a bit high, but we think it was worth it.

From the moment we walked in, the staff were super nice and helpful. They really wanted us to have a great stay, which we did. We managed to get same-day spa treatments which were really professional and relaxing. We also liked the pool and the delicious breakfast buffet.

There was no free space at the parking so we had to look for parking at the street.

Some technical issues with lighting in the bathroom at first but helpful duty manager corrected the problem quickly. I was not a fan of the motion sensitive light in the toilet - it came on when it was not needed and sometimes went off too quickly!

Our breakfast experience was truly exceptional, featuring a delightful selection of local delicacies and fresh fruits, complemented by a tempting array of British and Continental options. The room size was ideal, cleanliness maintained to the highest standards, and the staff consistently displayed a helpful and pleasant demeanour. The management and all the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, professional and very well equipped to provide an amazing service to suit my needs. I was always greeted with a smile and I enjoyed any interactions I had with any staff members. I could communicate with them both in Greek and English. The buffet breakfast was yummy and had a great variety of options. The gym in the hotel was very handy and I used it every morning. I enjoyed relaxing around the pool area if I just wanted to chill for a bit. I am very grateful to everyone at the Hyperion City Hotel and Spa for making me feel very welcome during my stay.

Amazing view. Incredible staff. Exceptional facilities (the spa tub is still giving me goose bumps of excitement). This place was the highlight of our stay in Crete. More than looking forward to our next trip to Chania!

All the staff were super friendly. We already felt welcome when arrived. Our room had a fantastic view to the beach and we enjoyed sitting there watching the sea and sunset. This was one of the highlights of our trip. Got a nice welcome drink from the bar and some free drinks in the minibar. Breakfast was good too. All in all, we really enjoyed the time with you and thank you so much!

Not being able to get a booking at the spa. I contacted them at the end of July, to be told it was too early and to try again 2 to 3 days before my arrival. I emailed again a couple of days before, but received no reply. When I enquired at the hotel, I was told there was no availability. Very disappointing. It would have been nice for the water, at least, to have been replenished in the mini bar.

A modern boutique hotel well situated to the historic city center of Chania. Enjoyed the 10 minute walk along the restaurant lined boardwalk/beach. Rooms were large and liked the technology in room. Two blocks behind there is a small beach area lot of locals used. Great place for swimming. Had a great breakfast selection. Ordered dinner one night and the food was delicious and prices in line with restaurants! Overall, from checking in to checkout the staff was professional. Price for location was fair. If you have a car recommend to reserve their parking early. I did not, but had no issues finding slots on streets behind hotel.

Great hotel ideally located close to Old Town, but far enough from all the noise and crowds. Newly built, very clean and very friendly staff. Breakfast was plentiful with a good range of delicious food!

The staff wouldn't give towels to take to the beach which is only 3-5 minutes walk (100 meters or so)

The hotel has a very good location near the beach and many small restaurants, cafes. Rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Excellent view from balcony. Great staff especially at front desk. It is a 20 minutes walk to the old Venetian harbor but it's a nice and enjoyable walk near the beach.

We had the most wonderful time. Our room was immaculate, the staff were amazing. We only had dinner once at the hotel, but it was very tasty and the service was second to none. The location was brilliant, only a short walk away from the old town, but in the most lovely quiet area with a great strip of restaurants and bars on the sea front. It was such a wonderful holiday and we're already planning to come back (we never normally repeat a location twice, this is how good it was!)
