Breakfast and location were excellent. But what we loved most was the staff and their friendly and professional personalities. The room was clean and very comfortable with a big balcony. Thank you for the treats left in our room for us.

Great stay! Room is very well thought. There are cosmetics, hairdryer and even a steam iron. Breakfast is various and very tasty. Nice hotel service. First of all, at the reception, Stefanos was so helpful to us, we had a little problem, and he kept a cool head, he was able to advise and help. Professionals and very kind people work there. The location is also convenient. Close to the port where it is nice to take a walk and eat good food in one of the many tavernas. Thank you for hosting us so well

nothing, all was perfect

the best hotel weve been to in Crete. rooms enourmous, everything is rather new. it was raining for the half of the day during our staying, so we rented private jacuzzi with hammam for two hours (price was 15eur per person per hour, so only 60eur in total for entirely private spa time). highly recommend this hotel!

Sometimes the shower wasn't very hot. Parking could be 'interesting' though we did usually manage to park quite close to the hotel.

Good breakfast, if a little cramped when it was busy. Very helpful staff. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with plenty of storage.

The hotel was lovely and very modern. our room had an amazing sea view and was very spacious. Exceptionally clean. Breakfast was great with a lot of choice and the staff were lovely, especially Katerina. It was a bit of a walk to the main port but lots of bars and restaurants on the way. Amazingly quiet end of town.

The hotel has two buildings, one facing the sea and the other facing a back yard. We were at the backyards and this of course isn't very special, knowing that the sea is just around the corner. The room was also pretty small and both the neighbors as well as elevator and corridor doors were very audible. That wasn't a huge problem, but some neighbors seemed to have come back from parties, slammed doors and argued for some time, which gave us the impression they were in the room with us.

The place is a little more on the luxury side, breakfast was good and the staff a bit more reserved than we're commonly used to in Greece, but extremely professional. The location is a bit outside of town in a more residential area where it's easy to park in the streets but of course it doesn't have the charm of downtown Chania. Room and bathroom were very clean and in very good shape.

Beautiful modern big room looking out on the ocean. Eleni at reception was so helpful with dining suggestions; all staff were great. The swim spa hamman was not to be missed.
