The staff were super nice very attentive. The view was amazing the food was very good as well. 10/10👍🏽👍🏽 I love this place it was close to the city of Fira if you’re interested in going to clubs or just getting late night eats. This place was immaculate.

We did a three week trip in Europe and this was honestly the best place that we stayed the service the location the food the staff everything I could not fault it. If we ever come back to Greece, we will definitely be staying here.

Two issues, which are relevant for any cliff built hotel, not just Iconic, but are important for anyone to know prior to selecting a hotel on the Imerovigli cliff: 1. The rooms' terraces are neither secluded nor private. In fact, the main route in the hotel leading to all suites in the hotel passes between each suite and its terrace. Once you visit the cliff area, you understand that no terrace has any privacy, in any hotel, because of the cliff's structure and the way terraces are build one on top of and next to one another, but it was very disappointing for me upon arrival. In other hotels, the actual street could be just outside the 'private terrace'. I added two photos of the iconic's suites path passing just between the terraces and the suites' doors. 2. Please bear in mind that this and most hotels on the cliff facing the caldera in Imerovigli require significant walking up and down quite a few stairs, with no elevator. Not suitable for everyone but that is the magic of choosing a cliff-built hotel. I attached a photo of the gray stairs leading from the road to the hotel's its reception. More stairs follow after the reception, leading to the rooms.

Excellent, very spacious suite (cyclide), which was noticeably spotless, beautifully decorated, comfortable and with all possible amenities, and including coffee water and wine. Amazing breakfast served to your private tetrace with a once in a lifetime view, at a time of your choice. Staff was exceptionally serviceful, smiley and always eager to help. Pool area was beautiful and well maintained. Small issues like requesting night light for our terrace,to enjoy it during nighttime, were answered gladly and quickly. I will not add photos because tons of photos telling these are available on the hotel's great website.

Honestly, everything was wonderful! The stairs were tiring by day 4, but part of the spectacular views and wouldn’t change that.

There was nothing not to like. And I rarely say that about a property.

This is a first-class property with first-class staff, superb surroundings, spotless facilities and a romantic ambiance. This was my second stay in Santorini and I couldn’t rate it highly enough. Staff go out of their way to get things right from Aphrodite to Marialena, Alex, Carlos, the housekeeping, restaurant and porter teams. You can tell they work as a united effort for their guests.

Amazing view. Great breakfast. Staff super hospitable to your every need and carried bags up and down the many stairs to the property/room. I liked the location as it was away from the busiest parts of the island (Oia and Fira).

There were a lot of stairs but that didn’t bother us. When you leave, you walk past other guests relaxing on their balconies and it feels a bit intrusive.

Everything about Iconic Santorini was perfect. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, a living room and two bathrooms as well as a balcony. An excellent breakfast was set up at the table on the balcony where we had a great view and every night a little sweet was left in our room. The room was immaculate and all staff were very friendly and helpful.

The view and room were amazing. Everything was perfectly clean and beautifully arranged. A really flawless room in a beautiful location. The provided breakfast was as pretty as it was delicious. We were upgraded to the honeymoon suite which included an indoor pool/hot tub. It was unexpected and a great end to each day. We stayed four nights and wich we could have stayed longer, Highly recommended.

Pictures on Booking did not match the room and especially the “private” patio. Patio was not private, separated with neighbors by knee high flower pots, which staffed moved to give more room for our neighbors. The pictures online made it appear that the patio was two levels and private, but this was not the case, and was the main reason I spent around $1,200/night for the room. Also, the dinner was our least favorite of all the places we ate during our stay. There was very little taste to the lobster, mixed drinks were not very good, service was lacking, and overpriced for what we got. Internet was sporadic, with times of no service in our room. Staff said this happens from time to time, but couldn’t fix it.

We were blown away by the level of amazing service. I forgot my medicine bag in my room and Georgia brought it to the Ferry and sent it to Mykonos where we were staying. The breakfast, location view from our room, the layout of the rooms and service were spectacular!!!!! It was definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed.

Fantastic room (we stayed in the Loft Room), gorgeous views, amazing breakfast and lovely pool. Staff were phenomenal and the hotel completely made our stay! We loved the pool, staff were so helpful and when we had a late check out we could use the spa facilities and stay around the pool all day. Thank you Team Iconic! ❤️

I appreciate the below is not directly caused by the Hotel and may be out of their control but it is worth noting: - Our Terrace/Room was at the lowest level of the Hotel and the Hotel opposite had a Generator that was running with. a buzzing noise 24/7 which made relaxing our our Terrace a little less enjoyable - Obviously staying in a Caldera Hotel means you will have Loads of steps to the Room from street level so be advised for anyone with Mobility or Health issues. This applies to any Caldera Hotel with stunning views, so it's something to keep in mind.

- The Loft Room was amazing, Loved the GIANT Comfy Bed - The Heated Pool was a Treat - Loved the Stunning Views and Private Terraces - Hotel gave a welcome Bottle of Santorini Wine which was a lovely gesture - Breakfast delivered each morning was stunning, great choice and selection! - I had a Spa Treatment and the Therapist was very talented highly recommend - Great Location within walking distance of nearby Villages with Restaurants and Bars - All Staff were super friendly and really made our stay - Turndown Service each evening was a lovely surprise to come back to after Dinner - Music by the Pool was excellent for a luxury hotel, I loved that it was Ibiza style songs rather than the usual boring classical elevator music associated with luxury Hotels - Food by Pool was delicious, I am still dreaming of the Club Sandwich! Overall, it was one of the best Hotels we stayed in and I felt it was good Value for Money with all the little added touches and extras, they cared about your stay and always made the effort to chat and check on you etc. If I was returning to Santorini I would book again, but I would upgrade to a Room with a Plunge Pool/Hot Tub for added luxury.
