The hotel was very clean, organised, and the rooms were great. The staff was very friendly and helpful and, without us asking, organised the transfer between the ferry and the hotel. We got great suggestions of restaurants and beeches and things to do. The location of the hotel is great, quit and calm but with a great view and a very short walk to buses, restaurants and shops. This was the best hotel we have been to in Greece so far. We had a very relaxing vacation at Lofos Village.

There wasn't anything I didn't like

The location was right in the centre of chora, just a quick walk from a bus stop and then only a few minutes to the main bulk of bars and restaurants. Rooms were very clean and turn down service was quick and efficient. Stavros was an exceptional host, nothing was too much for him to do and really was a pleasure and a great help

EDIT regarding property response: As the property said, there was always clear communication during our stay which is appreciated, and there was also a misunderstanding at one point when it was actually another group creating a disturbance, not us. At no point during our stay did we create disturbances intentionally, or have any interest in making anyone else's stay unpleasant. There was only one occasion in which we were playing music from a small speaker in our room (with no guests) around 3pm in the afternoon, and upon being asked by the staff to turn the volume down, we immediately did so. During our 2 night stay on the property, we spent roughly 2 or 3 hours on the property in which we were actually awake and not sleeping, so the accusation that we were trying to create a 'party place' is categorically false. We couldn't even have friends staying off property meet us there before heading out to the wedding festivities. In addition, Booking.com says that the property accepts groups. Once again, I will reiterate that Stavros and Elizabeth as well as the maids and the remainder of the staff were extremely helpful and interested in ensuring a pleasant stay, however we felt that we could not even have a conversation while on property and as such this was not relaxing. ORIGINAL: The staff, and honestly less the staff and more the arbitrary rules that were stated nowhere when booking. Stavros and Elizabeth were very nice but consistently enforced arbitrary rules that we didn’t know existed. We were all here for a wedding, with no interest in creating disturbances on the property. However, we were consistently yelled at for even meeting other guests on property or outside the property before heading to various wedding events. This made the experience so far from relaxing, and we felt like we were walking on eggshells every time we walked on the property. No matter what we did, we got yelled at.

The property itself was amazing. The pool and rooms were beautiful and the entire property was clean.

one word - WOW! we loved this hotel so much. the hotel was absolutely incredible and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. our room was gorgeous and very modern which we loved. the pool was also brilliant and had the best views of IOS. Would recommend this hotel to everyone
