I found ants on the pavement the day of my arrival. It is normal, okay, since the structure is, someway, in the countryside of Karterados, but I really didn't expect them. Anyway, they soon did help me solving the problem.

I really liked room dimensions: it was big and also had a big terrace, though the view wasn't so good (I got a room looking in the backyard). Nothing was missing in the room, which was also really silent, fresh at night and with a cosy furniture. Essential but good and healthy international breakfast included in the price. Reception always available for suggestions. Bus stop nearby, for all the main destinations on Santorini: you just need to walk 5 minutes towards the main route, but, if you prefer, it is very easy to rent a bike or car in the village.

When we entered the room it was good but we found that the blankets were used and not clean. the breakfast has very limited options ( no eggs, no yogurt or fruit and no hot milk)

The host was really helpful and welcoming ! He takes time to explain us how Santorini works ! The hotel was well located ( 15min by walk from fira, where you can take all the buses. )

Wi-Fi range wasn’t that good. Location isn’t bad (10min walking to Fira, which is the center of Santorini), but it’s a bit confusing if you’re relying on public transportation to get around. Some buses stop at Karterados, some don’t. All buses stop at Fira, so sometimes you need to catch a bus just as a connection bus (or you can walk). Breakfast could be better.

The staff was very nice and helpful, they helped us with everything we needed. The room was clean and had a nice balcony. It wasn’t very big, but since we were there just to sleep, it was ok. If you’re planning on renting a car, the hotel has a parking lot, which is a plus on Greek islands!! Sometimes it’s a headache just to park the car.

We wish it had a pool. would have been nice in the heat of summer.

Staff were lovely. Breakfast was basic but just what we needed. Rooms were tidy, spacious and had a little balcony. Walk into town (Fira) was about 10 - 15 minutes and close to a supermarket. Bus stop just up the road.

I expected the view from the room would be better - but maybe this is good enough for what you paid! The bathroom was pretty old but it’s still acceptable for me.

The property is overpriced for the services it offers. It is a 20 min walk from Thira Center, but there are some bars close to it. Also the walls are very thin so you may hear your neighbors..

We liked the location. The hotel is not on the main street, so the traffic is light and it's quiet. The bus station is 200m away so that is great! The staff was super friendly and tried very hard to help us in every way. The room was clean and there was an AC which we really appreciated! We had a very spacious terrace which was also very nice. Breakfast was good, we especially liked the yoghurt. The bathroom was small but for the price, we didn't mind.

The bathroom is quite old and tiny. breakfast a bit simple without fruit

the staff is very friendly, they arranged all the taxis including one from the airport at 4:00 am at night and woke up to do our check in out of time. the room was spacious. The location was close to Fira but not in the middle of the center, it was quiet and rounded from many services

Hotel is old, no recent restauration in rooms. Breakfast is very poor. If you have gluten intoleration you can eat nothing.

The reception was almost always empty. When we needed something we had always to call someone. During one of the breakfast we drank milk that didn't seem to be ok.

The hotel is in very good overall condition and the staff was very nice. Except for the incident we had with the milk, the breakfast was good. The hotel location is good - it is very near the bus stop and also at a walking distance from Fira (15 min walking). When we were doing the check-out they told us that if the transfer didn't come to call them and would arrange a way to take us to the port (at 5AM).

If I have to say a thing, I found a little bit difficult to take a shower in the Greek style showers, but except for that I liked everything !!
