Very well configured with private pool and unobstructed sea views from both the villa and the pool. Very clean and well stocked with everything you could possible need in the villa. The host, Lefteris, was superb. Attentive and helpful throughout he was a brilliant host. Would 100% recommend.

The location, it was beautifully secluded right on a beachfront. We hired a scooter which meant we could get around the island to all the well known spots, but meant we could return to our peace & quiet at the end of the day. The sunrise is exceptional. The manager Lefteris went out of his way to make every aspect incredible. The villa is kept spotless & there were some special touches that made it even better, again all thanks to Lefteris & his attention to detail. The facilities in the villa were perfect, we didn't want for anything, the bed was large & super comfy, the bathroom well equiped, great air con (much needed in august!), stereo system for some poolside background music if required. The infinity pool was the icing on the cake. Yes, it is close to the airport but you never hear the planes coming in overhead (i say this because when we went to Kamari beach, approx 3km away, the noise was definitely noticeable), you can hear the planes seconds before take off but this was very infrequent & definitely not something that ruined the ambience. This really is a hidden gem & we will be back!!!

I recently stayed at a beautiful and spacious villa that truly lived up to its description. The villa was perfectly situated, just a short stroll from a nearly private beach, offering an ideal setting for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Additionally, it was conveniently close to an outstanding restaurant, making dining out a breeze. The owner of the villa was exceptionally helpful and fully engaged in ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The check-in process was swift, and I was pleased to find the villa impeccably clean upon arrival. The view of the sea from the villa was simply stunning, providing a serene backdrop throughout our stay. For the quality of the stay, I found the price to be very reasonable. Overall, this villa exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect retreat by the beach.

Private, beautiful, very caring and attentive host, right on the empty beach and yet with a lovely pool, every detail thought through, very quiet- but only the sound of the waves to sleep to and wake up with. Gorgeous sunrise and never- ending sea. We loved every minute. And extremely grateful to our host -Lefteris, who made us feel at home, welcomed and valued. The stay and experience at the villa exceeded our expectations. The villa is located just a few meters from the beach, with a terrace and a pool that overlook the water. It is arranged and organized perfectly for a couple. It seems that a lot of thought has been put into every detail. the only negative i can think of is that is a little further away from some of the more popular spots of the island. this really wasnt a problem though, and we actually very much liked this aspect of the property.

maybe the only place we’ve stayed where it deserves a higher rating - pretty hard to do since on booking.com its currently 9.9 out of 10! an unbelievably beautiful and very peaceful location away from the busier parts of the island. genuinely breathtaking views of the neighbouring islands and the rising sun. the heated pool even meant we could swim relatively comfortably at night, and the sound of the visiting birds and ocean while very comfortably relaxing outside was magic. The best part was Lefteris hosting capabilities - he really has thought of everything with Incognito, it is really exceptional, and he did absolutely everything and more for us in the short time we stayed at his property. Will definitely be coming back.

The hotel nearby played loudish music most afternoons. Depending on which way the breeze was blowing! Not enough to stay away, but noticeable all the same. Obviously it's close to the airport and you can hear the planes, but it is only once or twice an hour sometimes even less.

The villa was exceptional. Clean, stylish and very comfortable. Walking distance to two good restaurants, mini mart and course having the beach on your doorstep is always a winner. Lefteris was amazing. So helpful and knowledgeable. No question un-answered. Thank you.

Exquisite villa, perfect for honeymoon. Great infinity pool. All facilities are 5 star level. Has a kitchen, has lots of storage. Nearby mini markets and 2 delicious tavernas with fresh food. Located infront of quiet and not crowded beach and within walking distance of other beaches.

There was nothing that we didn’t like. Everything was perfect.

There are no words to describe how wonderful the Villa was. We had everything we needed and more. The view was amazing and the manager even more amazing. He took care of any needs we had and always made sure we were good. They even decorated the room a little bit since we were on our honeymoon, with Rose petals, sparkling wine, grapes, candles, everything. The housekeeper even made us a fruit platter everyday. We’re still not over how incredible the stay there was. It’s definitely worth it. We will definitely be back.

Everything was just great

This villa is a dream. Everything is perfect, from the location to the decoration, to the swimming pool, to the equipment, etc. The name perfectly suits the location, as the area is super quiet with very few tourists. The beach in front of the house felt like private as we were alone most of the time there. Last but definitely not least, Lefteris was such a great host and did everything to help us organize our trip. He welcomed us warmly and was available to help at all times. He even managed to find last minute boat tour tickets for a local festival that we learned about in the morning. Thank you so much again for everything!

Loved the pool, view, vibe, host, and space. So so so calm and peaceful. Also right next to what ended up being our favorite restaurant on the island (Galini). We stayed to have a peaceful creative retreat with journaling, relaxation, etc., and it was perfect for that.
