Our AC didn’t work and they did everything to try and fix it and make sure we were comfortable

Would have given it a 10 if it had a kettle, cups and cutlery. There was also no water provided. The other places we stayed at in Greece offered complimentary water. It might seem like a small thing but it would really make guests more comfortable.

Loved that it was 3 minutes from the bus stop making it very convenient. Located behind the main road where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. Also close to all the shops and bars if you plan on bar crawling. The lady was very very nice allowed us to check in early and also accommodated our luggage even after we had check out. They have another property Ios Resort and Spa not too far from this one and we went there to hang out and eat. Gorgeous place and had the best chicken wings and Greek salad in Greece. The place is very neat.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like but it would have been nice to have a kettle - especially having the fridge.

Ios Fantasy is in a good location - the staff are really friendly and welcoming, and the room is kept very clean. Fairly basic but no problems at all with that.

Mixalis and his family are very sweet and great people. Picked us up from the port and transported us to the rooms with no problems. It is very close to the center and the rooms were small but intimate.

There was no blind for the sun so we had to wake up since the dawn and there was no hanging rack for the swimsuits and the towels in the balcony. Also there was an unstable part in the balcony floor .

Ios fantasy was perfect for our stay in Ios and it is only a short walking distance from all the nightlife Ios has to offer. The room was stunning and the host went above and beyond with this apartment!

One major thing happened on our stay that kind of ruined it for us. We checked in at around 11am (able to check in early) and was placed in a lovely room over looking the town of Ios. We had a balcony and a lonely bathroom! We had been up since 5am so just spent the early afternoon in the room having a nap and chilling. Few hours later the owner knocks and shouts at our door saying she’s put us in the wrong room and we had to move. She didn’t even give us a chance and picked up our towels and watched us pack all of our things then took us around the back to the economy room. The difference was crazy. Twin beds, no balcony and horrible bathroom. She informed us this was the room we’d payed for and opened the door and threw our towels in and left. If we’d have been given that room straight away we wouldn’t have been fussed. But to be moved because the owner had made a mistake wasn’t a nice experience. She didn’t really say sorry, just laughed. Didn’t offer anything in return. There were a couple of chairs outside the door to sit on but the floor was covered with ants. The chairs were right outside the owners kitchen so didn’t really feel comfortable sitting out there while all her family were inside.

Apart from the situation below, the stay was okay. The room we eventually had needed a massive revamp to look like the other rooms. Bathroom is grotty. You have to hold the shower. If you stay in one of the nicer rooms then they are amazing. Don’t book the economy room (unfortunately we didn’t realise we had) Location is great, right in the centre of Ios chora. If you’re looking for a quiet place it wouldn’t be the best as you can hear the night life. About a 10 minute walk down to the port and about 20 minute walk down to the main beach. Right behind a big supermarket and was super close to bars and restaurants.

Nothing! Everything was perfect

The property was so close to Chora village, an easy five minute walk to town where all the restaurants & bars are - yet was quiet at night so we were able to get a good sleep if we weren’t going out. The bus stop is right outside the property and is so easy to get around the island. The host lives downstairs and is SO friendly and accomodating. She was absolutely lovely and made our stay! We found the room beautiful and extremely clean, with daily linen changes and room cleaning. Cute little balcony to watch the sunset from and you can see the whole town! 10/10 recommend

The only thing that we didn’t like was

The hotel was fantastic. The owners were very nice and the room was cleaned daily. It was a good location, it was very close to the Center where the restaurants and nightlife was as well as to the bus stops that you could take to the beaches and the port.

The only negative point is the WiFi connection that isn't very good but it was pretty much the same everywhere I went on the island.

Ios Fantasy is located less than 5 minutes walking distance from Chora village, a bus stop is just down the hotel. Perfect location! The hotel is lovely, very well maintained, I think I've never been to such a cleaned hotel! Spotless! The bathroom was brand-new, great shower and cute balcony/outside area with table and bench. The landlady was also lovely and welcoming! Outstanding value for the money! I highly recommend Ios fantasy!

The bathroom was bad. There was no shower, literally you had to shower with the water dripping on the floor. The toilet seat was under the sink, in fact I hit my head twice. The price was way too high for that bathroom.
