Expensive prices of drinks at swimming pool bar, small refrigerator in a room, on TV poor selection of satellite channels in English language, small fishing town Siviri, not a lot to do.

Parking available close to hotel, swimming pool with palms and great landscape, tennis court, modern rooms with with private bathroom, air conditioning and terrace, friendly staff especially the receptionist Vasiliki (Vicky) was helpful with informations what to do in Siviri. All-you-can-eat delicious greek food at breakfast and dinner, excellent location of hotel Iris+++ to beautiful beaches (Agios Nikolaos beach, Stavronikita beach, Possidi Cape beach, Elani beach) on Kassandra ring, modern hotel for families with small children or couples who appreciate peaceful vacations.

Maybe for future improvement, they should start offering an extra portable baby beds, as they have the baby dining chair in the restaurant. It was a great benefit. It is all good as it was mentioned they dont have it in the offer when we booked, it's just like for improvement

We stayed at this hotel for the 2nd time in a row, now with a 6 months old baby, and it keeps getting better. The pool is great and spaceous, all around it is very clean, the sunbeds are comfy, and the whole surrounding is calming. The bar works till late hours and offers almost everything, even food and snacks. The room was clean and there is a room cleaning service everyday around noon, you can ask them for anything you need to be changed or cleaned. They've added Nespresso coffee makers to the room, and the small fridge is working perfectly fine. The staff was very polite, especially the girl with curly hair at the reception, she was always kind with us on anything we need, even our baby loved her. The restaurant staff were making sure everything is in order on both breakfast and dinner, you basically don't notice them, but they clean after you and they refill food in a minute, even the main chef controls everything around... the waiter boys and the lady waitress were always polite and always with a smile, they helped us with the baby a lot. The food was traditional, you will always find something to combine at breakfast and dinner, its always selection of pork, beef, chicken and fish, with a lot of side dish choice. There's always fresh season fruit and some cakes. The nearest beach bar and beach spot is on 5min walk, there is a small grocery shop near the hotel, you can also go by car if you need to bring stuff with you, you can park on many spots near the beach in September. All in all, it was a pretty pleasant and relaxing stay at Siviri

Slow internet and a moldy smell. There were some infiltrations in the wall with the door. From the bathroom also came a smell of piss, even though it was clean. I'm guessing it was something to do with the pipes/vents.

Room was dirty, hair, dust, mold in the bathroom, ants in the room. Not very good on cleaning. Room could use an upgrade. The pool was not cleaned very good and we found food scraps around the pool area from the previous day.

The outdoor spaces , the pool area, the restaurant. We got our linen and towels changed regularly.

The food was not so bad, but could improve the quality and variety for sure. We had a very small bath tub and the water pressure from the shower was quite low, it wasn't very convenient.

The pool and the area around it were great. The stuff was kind and helpful.

Staff clearly work hard and try hard but are lacking in enthusiasm and can be a little blunt, bordering on rude on occasion. Rooms slightly on the small side but generally pretty good.

Pool and grounds were beautiful and exceptionally clean and tidy. Dinner menus were pretty good and had a nice variety, although breakfast was less varied and started to get a bit boring.

Food can be better, based on the food you cannot understand you are on the seaside.

Hotel is in a very good condition, very well maintained, furniture is new, very clean.

Internet speed was insufficient, should be improved.

The sound insulation of the rooms was very good. The hotel has been recently renovated. The room and bathroom are very spacious. 5 minutes walking distance to a very beautiful siviri beach. There is not much variety at breakfast but it is good. The hotel was generally quiet and calm. There is free outdoor parking. The pool bar was nice and played calm music, which was very good for us. There is a chess area and table tennis for children. There were no mosquitoes during our stay.

The well-designed exterior of the facility contrasts with the rooms that could benefit from improvements. Consider implementing mosquito and bug control measures to enhance the overall guest experience.

The location is good and the outdoor design is awesome. Pool is also good and there are some sunbaths over the pool which are fantastic. Prices for the grap and go bevarages are fair.

There were no mosquito nets, spend the nights fighting mosquitos the first couple of days, afterwards we were sleeping with closed windows and the AC on which I don't like

Peaceful and quiet hotel, where you can rest. The choice of food in the restaurant is extraordinary, the menu is different every day. The hotel staff is very helpful and excellent. The courtyard of the hotel is surrounded by lots of greenery and old olive trees.

There’s not really anything I would complain about, only if they could add extra sun protection for the cars in the parking space.

Another Relaxed Weekend at Iris-Hotel ! Spacious newly renovated room (Nr. 403) with beautiful view at hotel's garden. Delicious breakfast and dinner with variety of choices Hotel has an extremely positive energy that everybody can enjoy ! Hope we'll return soon !

Spotless clean room located in a beautiful garden ! Personnel always with a smile. We had delicious breakfast and dinner with very tasteful dishes different every day ! Nice pool area with friendly pool bar. The hotel is 7 minutes walking distance from the beach and is located in an ideal spot if you need to explore the surround area and generally the Khalkidhiki peninsula !

I just didn’t like the low walls between each apartment for more privacy.

I really enjoyed the quiet location of this property, it is ideal if you want to relax and unwind on your vacation. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and frendly, always smiling and attentive to our needs, just as one would except from a quality hotel. The food was excellent, always warm and fresh. They ensured there were no empty plates or cold food. Each day, there was a different and varied selection of dishes. Additionaly, the pool area was exceptionally clean.

I was 7 nights there. Only at friday night the dinner was as it should be. No green salads, no beef meals the rest of the day. Same breakfast every morning. No shower holder in bathroom.

Food could be better for this number of stars. Rooks should be cleaned every day, at least floor since it's garden hotel, a lot of sand an grass is brought with shoes.

The rooms were very old look comparing to the hotel enterance and the beds were very uncomfortable. No hot water in the tooms between 6.00pm and 8.00 pm because every bodu wants yo have shower the water system is not good enough to give hot water to all the rooms.

Cleaning staff entered the room 3 times in 5 days without knocking

Quiet place, 10 minutes by foot to the sea, the food is not bad, the staff (apart cleaning) is very good, the pool is amazing and cleaned every day
