The bedside lights didn't work. There was no bottle opener in the cutlery . Apart from that those things everything was good.

Location was great, very convenient for the beach and a choice of restaurants. The WiFi worked very well and the apartment was very clean and comfortable.

The cooking facilities were a little rudimentary, and there wasn't really much room to cook anyway, so did not pose much of a problem for us. The mosquitoes.

Location was exceptional. Bathroom was spotless - clearly has had a makeover recently. Very friendly and helpful staff (lady) in the shop, and cleaning staff were wonderful.

I had to pay extra (7€/day) to have the AC in my room because "the price on booking.com does not include the AC" but the AC is clearly listed in the amenities on booking.com. Moreover, I wanted to pay this extra charge by card but the lady told me it was not possible because she had to push the green button for this charge on her register and so she could only accept cash (wth???). This feels very scammy as she uses that register for any other item and you can pay by card because she enters the amount in another device for you to pay...

The staff was very friendly and the hotel is ideally located in the center of the city. It is close to every beaches, bars, shops and the old town.

Lovely friendly owners. Good size room. Lovely bathroom. Exceptionally clean, cleaners came every day. In a great area surrounded by bars/shops just 10/15 minute walk from Old Town and Harbour. 5 minute walk to the beach.

everything is very audible in the room, the sink faucet is quite loose, the view of the yard is not nice, but it is still quiet

Basically nice place, but a bit too expensive for what they offer.

The fact that there are 2 elevators, one for ground floor to reception (1st floor) and another for the rooms and you have to pass stairs going from one to the other, is not convenient when you have baby stroller

Convenient and spacious room with all the necessary equipment and amenities for a family stay. It was clean and the beds comfortable. The baby kot was already there and had good matress too.

We were fully satisfied with the accommodation. They were very nice and helpful. We went with a baby and they managed to solve my unexpected issue and changed the room in few hours. Friendly staff, nice persons and good location due everything was close to us (beach, restaurant, city centre, pharmacy, bus station etc)

Nice and big apartment with good air-condition. The owners were really nice and spoke perfect English. There was a shop downstairs where you could buy a lot of things such as Coca-Cola, water and ice-cream. Okay location. It felt very safe.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kahlua hotel. The location was fantastic and in walking distance to everything. The best part was the housekeeping, fresh towels and fixing of the beds everyday. Lack of mosquito nets! There were so many mosquitoes and flies that bitten us really badly. Easy to prevent and instal the nets like in all the other accommodations on the island!

Great place to stay in Rhodes. Right in the middle between to the old town and the town beaches on a busy but quiet street with lots of shops and restraunts close by.

Air-condition use was with 10 euro extra charge per day. This information was not published on their page on Booking. A lot of mosquitos 🦟, end of June. So need to bring or to buy machine with special liquid. The hotel does not offer any.

The hotel aptmfs locates 15- 20 min walking from the castle. It has b9g enough rooms, normal condition shower , kitchen. The staff was very helpful.

The air conditioning is not included in the price, so one can be very surprised as it is not stated anywhere. Free parking is also not available for the guests (it is very hard to find a free parking spot in the Rhodes town).

Very good location in the center of the city. Everything can be reached on foot: bars, restaurants and shops of all kinds. Studios with nice bathroom and possibility to prepare your own food. Good refrigerator and kettle. Family atmosphere gives a good holiday feeling.

- mosquito nets or electric repellent would be a real blessing. it's hard to hunt them because the walls are already covered with dozens of dead ones acting as decoys - shower could be a bit larger

- excellent location - short walk to the beach, supermarkets & restaurants everywhere - decent sized & cozy room with plenty of lights - kitchen utensils sufficient for preparing cold dishes & boiling or frying something, but you'll likely need to buy the sponge & dishwashing liquid - wifi actually pretty good, I could watch youtube w/o any problems, I didn't have any connection cuts at all - no street noise - strong shower flow, plenty of hot water - helpful staff
