The breakfast room was very small and tables and chairs were too close to each other.

The garden was very beautiful, the room was spacious with a balcony with nice view to the green garden and the sea. The pool was very nice although my white swimming suit turned yellow from the water there.

We were placed right at the back of the hotel so it was a way from the beachfront location we’d hoped for when we booked - it seemed the package holiday customers were in the rooms nearer the pool. Not much of a vibe around the pool which was a shame. Breakfast wasn’t great.

The rooms were clean, beds very comfy, staff incredibly friendly on reception. The pool was a nice size, the beach bar is right on the front.

The beach taverna is nice, but the prices vs what you get in return is not ok. I expect there a higher quality dish since the tavern is right on the beach and the view from it deserve better food.

The beach is the hot point for this location.(very long and sandy beach near location) Breakfast is ok, same things each morning but many alternatives to alternate. I had a room with 3 beds, beds were comfy. Fridge and AC available. All you need is in the room.

Room was a touch small, as was the bathroom. But very clean and modern and comfortable.

Location was great : a few minutes drive from the port and close to great neighborhoods. The beach was great : super clean and a great view. The reception staff were very helpful and helped us book an excursion which ended up being the highlight of our whole trip to Greece.

The beach in front the hotel isn't good. The hotel is ok.

The staff of the hotel are very attentive. The room is ok. The hotel is a good choise in Zakynthos.

Breakfast could be much better, more variety. To get a coffee was a big disaster. You had to wait for a long time, big queue each morning.

Close to the beach, but the beach was not so clean. there was a lot of withered seaweed on the beach. Breakfast was rather ok, but too much the same. During our entire stay, it was always the same food. They could not prepare an egg sunny side up. Service was not so good. To get a coffee, it was a disaster. They should have 2 coffee machines. Too long waiting times to get a simple coffee! The TV on the room was too small. There was nothing much to happen in the hotel.

It was a surprise trip for my wife's birthday and they would not even put a bottle of wine/bubbly in the room for my wife any other hotel I have ever stayed at in Zante have always done this little special thing just felt a bit sad they they could not afford a bottle for about £7 euros to help make her day extra special its all the little touches that make it ! Sadly won't be going bake there will stick to the Venus Hotel And Suites

The food was quite expensive in the pool bar and beach restaurant. Sunbed’s on the beach were very expensive, the only thing in the room which was a let down was the shower, it was either scalding or freezing.

The property was really nice, very close to the beach and walking distance of kalamaki strip. It was a bit of a walk from laganas strip but it was still doable. The pool was lovely not too crowded.

Welcoming and really kind staff. The facilities offer a lot to the guest and being beach front is a nice point.

They had beach access but you had to pay for the sunbeds on the beach or garden close to the beach (even after mid-September). Only pool sunbeds were included in the room rate. The room was nicely decorated (deluxe room) but tiny and there were stains on the bed cover. They could have included the beach sunbeds in the room price as you don’t get too much for the room rate as is.

Proximity to the beach, updated hotel aesthetics. Staff was nice, we were allowed 1h delay on our check-out day. Breakfast was good but drinks were poor (especially the coffee).

A soft broom in the appartment would have been handy but there was claening everyday.

The appartment was nice, with two real bedrooms and a living area, so we and our daughter both had our private space.

Bathroom is on a small side, shower almost no water pressure with constant temperature fluctuation. Breakfast time was short and the selection has lot of space for improvement.

It was right next to the beach, clean and well presented. Staff was super friendly, cleaned the room every day. Very good aircon and nice balcony.

if you’re looking for a peaceful sleep, this is probably not the hotel for you. The hotel next door was very loud with karaoke and the walls are paper thin. the hallway echoes. unfortunately since the power goes off every time you leave your room, the fridge also seems to turn off and thus is a pool of water inside.

The pool and bar area were lovely. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was tidied every day which we really appreciated! bed was very comfortable. for the price we cannot complain!

Our family apartment had very little natural light or outside space. Quite a walk to shops and restaurants in the heat.

The fridge is quite loud so I would recommend to shut down the fridge (and put the towel in the fridge) if you want to have a quiet sleep. There are no kettle and tea cups in the room sadly.

I would say it is a good hotel to stay alone as the location is super safe and there are some bars and shops that you can go for. Also, there is one good restaurant in this hotel and there is another good bar right next to the Hoel called Golden Sun Resort where you can spend your night time. The room is quite good to stay alone and a cleaner comes everyday (around afternoon) to clean your room. A towel and a beach towel is included in the room. Also, there is a small safebox (and a key is given) which you can keep your iPad (but not computers) and others. The breakfast is very good and it is a slight mixture of greek and (mostly) British style, and there are ample coffee and teas, and greek coffee and they taste good. The beach is very close to the beach and it is possible to leave your stuff at the sunbed at the pool and go to the beach. While, the hotel front are happy to keep your room key if you decide to go to swim or go to the tour. It is also possible to use a spa (the bar front would direct you; 15 euro a day and there are some good massage options) and swimming poo(l7.5 euro a day, pay at the bar) at Golden Sun Resort , which is right next door of the hotel and they are also very good in qualities.
