The property is accessible to the shops and restaurants . It's clean and a nice view.The staff are helpful and friendly specially Nikos (the receptionist) .Wifi connection is fast no issue at all. highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kasimatis by La Perla. Beautifully located with a caldera & sunset view without the chaos of Oia. The staff, especially Salome, were so helpful with recommendations. All of the staff including housekeeping were just so lovely. We couldn’t recommend this hotel more and will definitely be recommending to my friends and family.

The staff was very helpful, friendly, and hard working. The room was perfect with a the view and the hot tub. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. We used the pool and bar a lot and enjoyed spending time here. The hotel is in a perfect location on the walking trail and it was not a long drive to anywhere else you need to go.

The hotel is in a beautiful location with the most amazing view, the room was clean, beautiful, with a private entrance and a jacuzzi, breakfast was served in the balcony and it was tasty and the variety was great. From the hotel there is a trail going to Fira with outstanding views all the way. The staff was friendly and helping in any way. We couldn’t ask for more.

Only slight negative is the communal shower room wasn’t ideal for a pre flight shower but it’s a minor point.

Gorgeous hotel in the heart of Imerovigli, Santorini. The view from our room was incredible. The service was amazing and we loved having breakfast delivered to our room every morning. The staff really went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience.

Unmatched views over the Caldera made it easy to stay put! We had our own dedicated terrace which was about 20 sqm in size where we spent a lot of time staring at the view, having a drink and then having breakfast in the morning. The staff were fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay there.

It was in a wonderful location away from the crowds with excellent restaurants and beautiful views of the Calandra .. we booked the junior suite with a jacuzzi room 6 .. highly recommend it’s worth the extra

when we left there is no room for changing so the shower is in the corridor next to the toilets so getting changed with people walking by and cases all over the place. poor for such a good quality hotel.

since the price is high we thought we would be getting more services : no free water to the room , no private shuttle at least once a day , no driver working for the hotel , breakfast was good but the filter coffee they provided the cheep filter peices not an actual filtered coffee , our room had a small glass window above the door which was very high and had no curtain the sun bothered us also the wifi lights were very bright when we tried to sleep ,

we took the honeymoon suite with outdoor hot tub with caldera view , thankfully we got it exactly as the poctures we booked because we need the hot tub to be a bit private and not seen by others while we're in it, i liked the location in "imerovigli" quieter than Fira and Oia and is located between them closer to fira , but that had a downside , transport is very expensive in Santorini and we wanted to take the bus we heard it doesnot stop in imerovigli , goes only from Fira to Oia directly only 1 stop

This property is amazing. Clean and the best location, especially to enjoy the sunset. A beautiful walk in the main town of Fira. The breakfast served to your balcony was a treat. Highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely everything. The view, food, drinks, location, and staff were outstanding. We hired an ATV which allowed us to see most of the island ourselves. Staff were exceptional and organised transport whenever we needed it, as well as booking additional tours. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.
