Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IsraelThe Goole map location is wrong on booking....the hotel is located on the beach and not as shown on Google maps location link from booking!
Nice clean and on the beach. We were off season...over all it's a great site and very good for families! The children are happy here. The food is ok and with many options to choose from. It's recommended!

AlbaniaWell, from Friday until Wednesday, only the Towels were changed in the room every day. I had to ask for bed sheet changes and a vacuum of the floor to get it done. Probably you need to through the bed sheets on the floor so the cleaning lady knows she has to change them. However, just a vacuum and a bathroom cleaning would have been nice. Friends of mine have been here over the past years & told me cleaning was done daily, so probably just my bad luck. Positive I had a miss-reservation from Booking.com 2 adults 1 child/instead of two children. The Manager didn't charge us extra for the 5-year-old son, and they brought an extra bed the next day. Thank you Staff

FranceThé spa was actually 1 amazing girl, 1 pool and 1 jacuzzi. In the gym only 2 things worked and the poor girl was all alone, so the SPA was not really as I expected. The hotel allowed the people to go to the beach since 7-8 in the morning, let their towels there and go for breakfast and wherever else, have a dive and then again let their stuff on the sea beds and come back 3-4 hours later to find again their spot, not allowing to all the other visitors to have a spot by the sea. Terrible experience this one. The water in the bar was filled from the same flow as the lemonade (or I hope that was the reason) so it tasted like having tons of chloron inside.

United KingdomThe habit of placing and leaving towels on deck chairs for hours without being there, so others couldn't use them. Honestly you must do something about it. It's the only thing that I found annoying. And I am a regular visitor to your hotel

Romaniaa bit repetitive food in the all inclusive
The whole hotel offered a great experience for us and our 16 months old! Both the beach and the pool areas are lovely (several pools with different depths) - there is a big garden with plenty of shadow for the little ones. The room was clean and with a simple but nice balcony. Our toddler loved the children disco evening and the playground :) Food was reasonable but a bit repetitive if you stay for long - for a 4-day stay it was perfect. We’ll be back :)

GreeceAlmost impossible to find an available sunbed as people "book" them by using towels from the previous day. Also cold coffees are not included in the all inclusive deal.
Breakfast, pools, restaurants, staff were all amazing. Also extremely clean. The beach is fine.

GreeceDuring the weekends where more people were staying in the hotel, it was hard to find a table to eat and it was noisy. WiFi didn't have good reception in the room. These problems didn't ruin the whole experience though.
Food was excellent, the beach was excellent, the staff was excellent and friendly, everything was clean, we didn't get bored, there was no need to go outside the facility because everything was provided.

NetherlandsThe room looks NOTHING like the foto i saw on the site, which is also the fault of Booking.com really. The room was small and filthy. i had hairs on my pillow and sheets. There was a second room in the "family room" of which the door is unable to close! it hits the tiny bed in there and cannot be closed. The matrasses if you can call them that, were terrible and gave us both back aches. Also, there are no electricity outlets to use other than one! which is also not near any bed. There was so much noise at night and the property did nothing about that either. One of the worst stays of my life. Unreal this place. It's not a hotel at all. it's rooms around a pool and near the beach and nothing else. There was no coffee or tea even in the room, which was not mentioned in the online details about this place.
Nothing. it was terrible and i wish i had never spent my money there. Literally nothing good to say about this place or the staff at the reception or the room itself which was revolting as well as the food.

RomaniaBUGS!!! spiders, bugs, nests, a lot of bugs in the rooms over 200 of them on walls, ceilings, floors. First of all - the rooms were so dirty it was unimaginable, with marks from other guests killing the bugs everywhere (I mean everywhere), and spiders nesting all over the corners of the room, I needed to clean myself everything. The cleaning is done very poorly, they barely wash the floors and everything else doesn't even count. In the bathroom every day there was a "club party" of flies and other insects - more precisely over 200 of them and this is even after the hotel staff only gave us bug spray as a solution and I was using it 5 times a day. Imagine showering and them crawling on your feet - exactly what was happening every day. The staff has had for a lot time about this issue and the only thing they are doing only after you request a lot is give a spray and that's it. I was washing my face with the sink and counter full of dead bugs every day and the cleaning ladies were just leaving them there for me to clean. Even a person who is not scared of them will be disgusted about what is happening in this hotel.
the location was good, the sea very nice and quiet area. the food was very good specifically the meat and salads.

CanadaWe were so excited to visit this property and we’re looking forward to the all inclusive options however, we weren’t expecting all of the feline friends participating in all of our meals and jumping on tables while we were eating. This wouldn’t be that bad however I have a cat allergy and was very uncomfortable.
The lunch reservation lump option at the adult pool was terrific, and the staff went above and beyond to welcome us and treat us fantastic!

United KingdomThe room had nothing to do with the pictures shown for a double room - ours was much older and the bathroom (especially the shower) were in rather poor condition. The shower kept randomly falling on us and i had bruised toes/fingers. There is a thing with greek hotels - no bloody plugs around the beds. And bedside lamps - in this hotel there was one on only of the sides? Towels were changed daily, which to me is annoying, as it's a total waste of water. I've used the towel once, no need to wash it without me asking, thank you.
The hotel is 15-20 min walk from the train station, otherwise in the middle of nowhere, nothing to see around. We were there for work, so it didn't matter much to us. Food was ok, varied enough. View from terrace was good.

United Kingdomeverything was done as cheaply as possible. small plastic (non re-usable) plastic cups for everything. watered down beer, snack bar that runs out of food. minimum effort to do anything. flourescent lighting in the canteen (cannot be called a restaurant). ought to be amazing as facilities good, but in the interest of maximising profit for minimum effort every expense spared.
very little to like other than it was cheap and clean. does the bare minimum to be able to say its an all inclusive venue. so basics covered in terms of clean and presentable but thats about it.

Bosnia and HerzegovinaThe whole resort is concentrated to French people, and they never stop coming. Nothing against French people but it would be very nice if entertainment was on english at least. Most of French people act like they own the place, they are loud and very messy and staff is letting them be like that, almost as if they must have special treatment. If you go here you will feel like you are in some kind of a cult and won’t feel like you are in Greece. If you don’t have a car to occasionally leave the resort and actually see Greece, you won’t have a nice time. You get free sunbeds and sunshade, but there is not enough, and people take them so early in the morning that even at 8am you won’t find a free one, especially because they take way more than they should, so you will find yourself at a snackbar wasting time because you can’t enjoy the beach. I was here for 10 days, and every single day the breakfast was the same, not even a slight variation (eggs, tomatoes, sausages and beans). If you don’t eat pork you should be very careful, because they make eggs on the same plate they make bacon. Sometimes it won’t say something contains pork. Wifi is almost nonexistent, buy an e-sim or physical sim card with lots of internet.
The sea and the beach. Staff at the snackbar were very friendly.

AustriaWe cannot say anything that we did not like. Top, top, top were everything.
We had an amaizing time! Enjoyed every moment. The staff abd the service were excellent and they made sure that we enjoy our time there! The room, pools and open air strand were incredible clean. The staff cleaned everything in the mornings. The food was very nice and very tasty. The only thing that we missed my sister in law has lactose tolerancy and lactose milk was not available, we bought it in a kiosk. Also, for the glutan tolerancy bread was not available but it was not an issue to eat tssty gluten free foods.
