Lights in common area and bar are closed too early!! (10pm). You even get closed out after 10 sometimes with your food! That impacts the vibes of the places which are quite low, even though it is a very nice place! It could be a fun hostel! Now it is nice :)

Arrived late at night after my flight was delayed and they were super helpful & sorted me out to collect a key etc after reception had closed/ They left sheets etc out for me & then were super lovely in the morning. Highly recommend - it was clean and quiet and felt very safe. Great facilities and lovely coffee as well.

Only given one sheet, was cold with air conditioning on, would be nice to have two sheets. - one for bottom and one as a top sheet covering.

Cleaning ladies are very loud at the morning. Completely not respecting that guest might want to sleep. They were shouting and talking laud at 8:00 am or slightly later.

I loved the bed rolls - you could cover your bed completely, to gain privacy or comfortably sleep in case light is on. There is AC, so you wont suffer from the heat. On your disposal you have lockers, which is also very comfortable + clothes hangers and some shelfs to use. I liked the location, is very nice area with houses, supermarkets and even some cafeterias and restaurants. You can enter the hostel very easily and open the door with a sensor after 22. The hostel have also very nice chilling our area outdoor with garden furniture's, pillows and tables. The wifi reaches there so its nice to go there and chill on the evening when its not that hot. I also liked reception where you have coffee bar, some snacks that you can buy when the receptionist is there. The staff was also very friendly, she spoke slowly for me to understand everything about check in / out and opening the door.

For some reason I did not find a bathroom, perhaps, it might be better to provide clear indication of bathroom location. I think, having iron and ironing board in the common room might make staying more comfortable.

During my trip I was forced to arrive outside of the working hours. I really liked that they still allowed me to check in and provided clear instructions, how to find the room. The bed was comfortable, it was not that hot in the building.

First time for my wife at a hostel but she was really impressed. The girls from the front desk were super nice and helped us getting our room one hour earlier. They recommended a nice place to have brunch while our room was being prepared. The room has an amazing celling, it's very spacious and very clean. We loved the concept of the hostel and will definitely come back.

Bed was slightly too hard, maybe just personal preference. The first lady we were greeted to when arrived was a little abrupt not particularly warming, when we came back to check in, we had a much more delight my and informative lady checking us in

The hostel is placed right in front of the bus station which is very convenient. The buses however don't follow any strict timetable. That's of course not the hostel's fault! However, if you need to catch a flight or in general need to be somewhere strictly on time go to the bus station a bit earlier so you make sure you don't lose it.

The room was spacious with a private shower and an air purifier. The bed was comfortable and the curtain in front gives a private feeling when you need it. There is enough space around the bed to place some stuff, few clothes or even a backpack. I didn't even need to use the locker area underneath the bed. Even though I didn't stay long and didn't have enough time to talk to many people, I figured that the atmosphere in the hostel is quite friendly. I slept relatively early and there was no disturbing noise coming from the outside.
